Pure Exhibits — Services

Eight stages. One team.
Zero show-floor surprises.

Every booth we deliver moves through the same eight-stage process — designed, fabricated, and fully pre-built in our warehouse before it ever ships to your show.

The Process

Most exhibitors hire five vendors.
Then hope they talk to each other.

A designer in one city, a fabricator in another, a printer, a freight broker, and an I&D crew who meet your booth for the first time on the show floor. We run the entire chain in-house, in order, with one person accountable for all of it.

Stage 02

Booth Fabrication

Our shop builds the approved design: structure, counters, hanging signs, lightboxes, and millwork as one integrated build.

Stage 03

Warehouse Pre-Build

Every booth is fully assembled at our facility — graphics on, AV powered, lighting aimed — and approved by you before it ships.

Stage 08

Project Management

One dedicated PM owns your show services, deadlines, and every stage above — a single phone number instead of seven vendor threads.

Stage 03 — Why It Matters

You see your finished booth before it ships. Every time.

Most booth problems are discovered at the worst possible moment: on the show floor, the day before opening, at overtime labor rates. A graphic printed a shade off. A counter that doesn’t clear the column. A video wall that won’t read the media player.

That’s why every Pure Exhibits booth is fully assembled and staged in our Las Vegas warehouse before it goes on a truck — graphics installed, AV powered on with your actual content, lighting aimed — and photographed or walked through on video for your approval. Problems get fixed where they’re cheap to fix, and you walk into your show already knowing exactly what your booth looks like. Read how the pre-build works →

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do you handle everything, or do I need to hire separate vendors?

One team handles the full cycle: design, fabrication, graphics, AV, shipping, installation, and dismantling, coordinated by a dedicated project manager. You never juggle a designer in one city, a fabricator in another, and an I&D crew you have never met.

What is a warehouse pre-build and why does it matter?

Before your booth ships, we fully assemble it at our facility — structure, graphics, AV, lighting, and furniture placement. You review photos or a walkthrough and approve exactly what will stand on the show floor. Fit issues, graphic misprints, and missing hardware get caught in our warehouse, not at the venue at overtime labor rates.

Do you work with union labor at venues like the Las Vegas Convention Center or McCormick Place?

Yes. Our installation and dismantling crews work within each venue’s labor jurisdiction rules, and your project manager coordinates with the general contractor on move-in schedules, freight targets, and show-site paperwork.

How far in advance should I start?

For a custom-designed rental with fabrication and pre-build, 8–12 weeks before move-in is comfortable. Tighter timelines are workable — we have turned booths around in under four weeks — but earlier starts protect your graphic proofing time and freight rates.

What happens to the booth after the show?

Our crew dismantles the booth, packs it, and handles outbound freight paperwork before the venue’s forced-freight deadline. Because it is a rental, the structure returns to our inventory — you are never left owning crates you have to warehouse between shows.
