Full-service, labor included. One fixed number.
Custom exhibits for the Baltimore Convention Center on one fixed, contractual price — design through dismantle, install and dismantle labor inside the number, signed before we start and unchanged when it ends. The venue’s own charges get estimated against your booth before you commit, so the total isn’t a discovery.
Filters the booths below — each shows its Baltimore price.
Everything below came out of our own shop — designed, fabricated, printed and wired by one team, then stood up complete and photographed for approval before shipping. Design company and construction company are the same company here, which is why the render and the build match.

Plenty of full-service trade show companies in Baltimore are really coordinators — design from one subcontractor, construction from another, labor from a third, margin and drift at every hand-off. When your show needs a change two weeks out, your vendor emails their vendor.
We’re the literal version: booth design, fabrication, graphics, AV, freight, supervised install and dismantle by one in-house team, priced as one contractual figure with the venue’s own charges forecast beside it before you sign. The designer who drew your reveal detail works forty feet from the person cutting it — which is why revisions move in days, and why what stands at the Convention Center matches the rendering you approved.
A 3D concept built for your brand and footprint — unlimited revisions inside the fixed price — fabricated by the same team that designed it. No hand-offs, no drift.
Graphics, AV, freight, install crews, show paperwork, dismantle — everything between your brief and your empty booth space, run by one project manager.
The complete booth stands in our shop and you approve photographs of it before anything travels — so what reaches Maryland is a checked build, not a hopeful one.
Design through dismantle in a single fixed price that files on a PO exactly as quoted and closes out with zero variance to explain.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the booth. We estimate each line against your actual booth before you commit, then file inside the advance-rate window.
Run the numbers on most exhibit projects after the show and the same delta appears: final spend versus approved quote, up a quarter or more. The venue didn’t cause it — venue charges are tariffed and predictable. The exhibit house did, in hourly labour that “ran over,” design help re-billed as change orders, and reprints priced like emergencies. One 20×20 island in Baltimore, both ways:
On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s charges, tariffed and identical whoever builds for you. A vendor who “includes” them has buried them. We forecast each line for your booth up front and place the orders before the advance-rate window closes.
We quote higher and cost less. Audit us on it — the final invoice matching the quote is the deliverable.

The BCC puts 300,000 contiguous square feet of exhibit space a block from the Inner Harbor, with hotels, restaurants and the waterfront on foot — a compact, walkable show city rather than a sprawling campus. That scale changes booth strategy, and the location changes everything else: light rail at the door, Penn Station seven minutes away, BWI in twenty, and MARC trains running to Washington — which is why Mid-Atlantic and national association meetings keep choosing it.
One continuous floor that divides to fit the show. Aisles are tighter and walk-bys closer than at a mega-center — print quality and lighting read at conversation distance, and a clean 20×20 island can anchor a hall here.
Baltimore’s health and research anchors keep medical and scientific association meetings coming through — conference-heavy events where the exhibit hall shares billing with sessions. Booths built for scheduled conversations outperform pure display here.
Few venues sit this close to this much transit. Attendees arrive easily, exhibiting teams commute from Washington, and your booth can work a two-city calendar — Baltimore and D.C. run forty miles apart.
On a 300,000-square-foot floor, presence is affordable. The same 20×20 that disappears in a hemisphere-scale hall commands real attention here, and 10×10 and 10×20 inlines carry the association floors. We design to the room you’re actually in — tight, graphics-forward footprints that work at conversation distance — which is the whole point of designing at all.
Exhibit labor is the least-explained line in trade show budgeting, and the one most likely to blow it. Here’s how it really works: at most venues, booth installation is performed by show-floor labor working under the venue’s rules — either crews ordered through the show’s general contractor, billed hourly, or an exhibitor-appointed contractor (EAC) your exhibit company brings, filed and approved in advance. Hourly labor is where “estimates” die: crews bill from the marshalling yard, minimums apply, and an install that runs long runs expensive — after the show, when you can’t do anything about it.
Our model closes the question before it opens. Supervised install and dismantle crews are inside the fixed price — not an hourly line, not an estimate — with the EAC paperwork, insurance certificates and venue approvals filed as part of the job. And because the booth was pre-built and photographed complete before shipping, the install is assembly of a verified build, not on-floor problem-solving billed by the hour.
Install and dismantle crews, with supervision, in the contractual figure — the line that wrecks other budgets doesn’t exist on ours.
EAC filings, COIs and venue approvals handled in advance, and crews working compliant with the floor’s labor rules — confirmed with the general contractor before your plan is written.
A pre-built, photo-verified booth assembles quickly because every part already fit once. Speed on the floor isn’t luck; it’s the pre-build paying off.
Exhibiting in Washington too? D.C. runs forty miles down the MARC line on the same published fixed model — one booth design, one project manager, both cities’ prices known before your year starts.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
Baltimore runs on rotation more than fixture — the BCC’s meeting capacity and transit access make it a steady stop for medical, scientific and professional association meetings that move city to city, alongside its hometown consumer fixtures. Name yours and we’ll pull its manual before we quote.
| Show | Typical month | Venue | Start planning |
|---|---|---|---|
| American Craft Made Baltimore | Winter · verify | Baltimore Convention Center | 4 months |
| Baltimore Comic-Con | September · verify | Baltimore Convention Center | 4 months |
| Rotating medical & scientific meetings | Year-round | Baltimore Convention Center | 4–5 months |
Association meetings reward the extra month — conference-heavy events publish exhibitor kits early and fill their meeting calendars earlier still, so a booth planned five months out books its show-floor appointments while competitors are still approving budgets.
Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. Everything else in the plan exists to arrive at that gate comfortably.
Late vendor collapse, a show slot that opened up, a budget approved behind schedule — with design, fabrication and print in one building, a Baltimore booth can go approval-to-floor in about four weeks. Same quality gate (built and photographed before shipping), same printed price. Compressed timelines are our scheduling problem, not your surcharge.
Tell us the show and the space. Within 24 hours: design concepts, one fixed Baltimore figure, and the venue’s own charges forecast beside it — a budget your whole chain of approval can read at a glance.
