What YBrain and Ceragem were looking for

YBrain and Ceragem were looking for a reliable exhibit partner to help them successfully showcase their products at the conference.

Based out of Korea, they had to carefully consider which exhibit company to use that could accommodate their specific needs and budget.

We carefully considered the nuances of exhibiting at The City College of New York - as we had to hand carry the exhibit and move them through stairs due to a lack of load in and load out facilities.

What was our process to make it happen?

Design

The first step was to understand the client’s brand, products, target audience, and key objectives for the event.

We also need to take into consideration the onsite venue challenges, as load in and load out was very difficult.

Key design features:

Pre Built

Once the design was finalized, our team of exhibit experts went to work on bringing it to life.

We managed all aspects of the project from start to finish, and the most important phase was to pre test all components of the exhibit prior to shipping.

Our team was hands-on from the beginning on the day of installation, as we had only a few hours to install the exhibits and because we needed to hand carry the exhibit where the event was held, no stone was left unturned in order to move as quickly as possible.

Our onsite supervisor was in constant communication with our internal team, as well as the client, to ensure that the installation process was running smoothly and that all deadlines were met.

We also provided on-site support during the event, so that any issues or questions could be addressed immediately.

This allowed the client to focus on their objectives and have a successful show.
