In Their Words

What event managers say after the show

Start Wherever You Are

Whatever’s in your head, we build around it.

A design you saved from our library. A booth you loved at another show. An agency rendering, last year’s build, a sketch on a napkin — or nothing but the goal. Every one of those is a starting point, and every design on this site is customizable. Start wherever you are; we take it from there.

Start from a brief.

Nothing yet but the show, the size and what has to happen in the space? That is enough. Tell us the goal in a paragraph and it comes back as a photorealistic 3D design, revised until you say yes, with one fixed number.

Why Event Managers Switch

Turnkey booth rentals
for event managers.

Most booth problems are vendor-coordination problems. Pure Exhibits is one of the few exhibit companies in the US that runs the entire chain in-house — which is why we can put one fixed number on the work, and keep it.

The Problem

Managing multiple vendors creates chaos

Designer, fabricator, shipper, installer — you become the project manager coordinating 5+ companies while your event deadline looms.

Our Answer

One partner manages everything

A single point of contact for design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and teardown. One timeline. Complete accountability.

The Problem

Hidden costs explode budgets

Drayage, labor, overtime, “miscellaneous fees” — your $15K quote becomes $32K at the worst possible time.

Our Answer

Transparent fixed pricing

All-inclusive pricing. The number you see is what you pay. Zero surprises.

The Problem

Show-day installation anxiety

5 AM arrivals, incorrect assembly, missing pieces, wrong graphics — scrambling while attendees arrive.

Our Answer

Pre-built, then professionally installed

Every booth is fully assembled and approved at our warehouse pre-build before it ships — then our nationwide I&D team sets it fast. Walk into a perfect booth, ready for business.

One Number

Everything in the price. Nothing assumed.

The quote you hand your VP is the invoice you reconcile after the show. Here is what the fixed number covers — and the show-billed items we estimate for your budget on day one, so nothing surfaces at reconciliation.

In the fixed price
  • Design service — unlimited revisions until you approve
  • Graphics production — printed and mounted in-house
  • Structure & hardware — all framework and components
  • Warehouse pre-build — assembled and photo-approved before shipping
  • Round-trip shipping — door-to-door, both directions
  • Install & dismantle — certified, supervised I&D crews
  • Project management — one dedicated manager, start to strike
  • Show paperwork — venue forms and compliance filed for you

Supplying your own graphics? Say so on the brief and the print line comes off the fixed number — we still test-fit your files at the pre-build. Rent or buy? Same process, one number either way; a purchased booth is stored and serviced between shows.

Billed by the show — estimated for you up front
  • Booth space — the square-footage fee paid to the show itself
  • Drayage / material handling — set by the venue, billed by weight
  • Electrical & utilities — ordered through the show’s contractor
  • Rigging — for hanging signs, where the venue requires it

We calculate these for your budget on day one and manage every order and deadline — the show bills them, but they never surprise you.

Working Back From Show Day

Enough time? Almost certainly.

Standard lead time is 8–12 weeks from design approval to show-ready — and because design, print, and fabrication share one roof, an honest rush is still possible long after most vendors stop answering.

8–12 wksThe comfortable window

Design with unlimited revisions, fabrication, warehouse pre-build, and freight timed to the advance warehouse.

3–4 wksThe rush line

In-house build means rush exhibits still ship complete. Call with your show date — we’ll tell you honestly, same day, whether it works.

24 hrsFixed quote back

Send the show, city, and size. The number that comes back is the number on the final invoice.

How It Works

Every booth moves through the same eight stages.

Most exhibit companies outsource fabrication. We run all eight stages inside our own 65,000 sq ft production facility — your designer and your builder are the same team, on builds up to 30×60 — so what you approve in 3D is what stands on the floor. Read how each stage works on our services pages.

The brief

Four product lines, one firm, and a first ILTACON at a scale the legal-tech floor would notice. Everything had to read as one message: AI for the business of law.

The call

A 20×80 island with four LED product walls along one structural spine, demo stations between them, a private meeting room at the quiet end and a lounge in the middle — designed inside the show’s structural rules from the first sketch.

The floor

Pre-built and approved in our warehouse, shipped to Nashville, stood up complete. The study covers the design calls, the rigging file and the pre-build photographs.

After You Sign

What happens next.

Most of the anxiety in a booth project is not knowing what happens between the signature and show day. Here is the sequence, in the order it happens on every project.

01

Your project schedule arrives

Every milestone dated backward from show open — artwork, show approvals, advance-warehouse freight, install, strike — in your inbox within one business day of signing.

Day 1
02

Graphics template goes to your designer

Every panel size, bleed and file spec on one sheet, so artwork starts the same week — not after a round of “what size is that wall?”

Day 1
03

Design filed with the show; EAC and COI done

We submit the booth for the show’s structural approval and file the exhibitor-appointed-contractor and insurance paperwork. You sign; we chase.

Weeks 2–4
04

Show services ordered on your behalf

Electrical, rigging, drayage, furniture and carpet placed before the advance deadlines — at advance rates, never floor rates — with the estimates you already saw on day one.

Before deadlines
05

Pre-build photos, then the recap

You approve the complete booth standing in our warehouse before it ships. After strike, you get teardown photos and a recap — and the design stays on file for the next show.

Local Expertise, Nationwide

One pre-build floor.
Every major show city.

Every booth ships from our 65,000 sq ft facility and installs in all 50 states. Below are the twenty-four busiest exhibition markets, each with a dedicated local page, pricing, and crews who know the venue — and if your city isn’t listed, we still cover it. Union jurisdictions, drayage tariffs, and fire marshal rules vary by hall; we manage all of them so your team doesn’t have to learn every city’s rules.

Questions

Clarity on costs, coordination, and everything in between

From budgeting to teardown — the questions event managers and agencies actually email us, answered the way we answer them.

Budget & Planning
What's included in my quote?
Design, production, round-trip logistics, install, dismantle and project management — one fixed number, itemized. Show-billed items like drayage and electrical are estimated for your budget up front, so nothing surprises you.
How fast can I get pricing?
Send the show, city and size and the fixed quote is back within 24 hours. No discovery call required.
We don't have a budget set yet — can you still quote?
Yes. The price ledger above is the typical range by size; tell us the size and program and we quote two options so you can set the budget against real numbers.
Should we rent or buy?
Same process, one number either way. Purchases are quoted as structure plus first-show services; we store and service the booth between shows and quote each show separately.
Booth Design
Do I get mockups?
Yes. Photorealistic 3D concepts before approval, with unlimited revisions until you sign off.
There's a column in our space. What now?
Send the floor plan. We design around the obstruction — and often build it into the booth as a graphic or structural element.
Can we supply our own graphics?
Yes. Say so on the brief and the print line comes off the fixed number. We send you the panel template on day one and test-fit your files at the pre-build.
Can I use brand colors and fonts?
Yes. We adhere to your brand guide precisely.
Production & Coordination
Do I handle show forms?
No. We prepare the EAC, COI and venue paperwork; you sign, we file and chase.
Do I need to order labor, electrical or AV?
No. We place every show-services order on your behalf before the advance deadlines.
What do you need from us, and when?
The floor plan and program on day 0, concept approval in week 1–2, artwork about four weeks out, a signature on the show paperwork about three weeks out, and pre-build sign-off about ten days out. Your project schedule fixes the exact dates.
I'm an agency quoting for a client. Does that change anything?
No. We quote to your brief, work from your rendering if you have one, and keep you as the single point of contact — or loop your client in, your call.
Shipping & Install
Is my booth ready before I arrive?
Yes. It's fully installed and tested — and it was already pre-built and approved at our warehouse before shipping.
Do I need to supervise install?
No. We manage the entire setup onsite.
What if something breaks?
We fix it onsite via the backup team or ship a replacement — you have someone on call for the length of the show.
After The Show
Can I use this booth design again?
Yes. Your configuration stays on file and we relaunch the same design for your next show — most of our clients are on their second or third year with us.
Do you store the booth between shows?
Yes, for purchased booths — monthly crate storage, with an inspection and any wear-and-tear quoted before each show.
Do I book dismantle labor?
No. We handle all teardown, check-out and return freight.
Will I get a recap?
Yes — with teardown photos and insights for next time.
