Pure Exhibits designed and built Fulcrum GT's custom 20×40 island booth at ILTACON 2025 — a striking, nautical-inspired exhibition at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, where the legal technology leader invited 4,000+ attendees to "Sail beyond the status quo."

Navigating the Legal Tech Seas
ILTACON is the legal technology industry's flagship conference — 4.5 days, 4,000+ attendees, over 80 educational sessions, and an expansive exhibit hall where the world's leading legal tech vendors compete for the attention of 25,000+ ILTA members. Held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland, ILTACON 2025 was a concentrated arena of decision-makers from Am Law 200 firms, corporate legal departments, and technology innovators.
Fulcrum GT's challenge was to stand apart in this sea of legal technology competitors. As a provider of a comprehensive Digital Legal Business Platform — spanning billing, e-billing, matter management, new business intake, HCM, and AI analytics — Fulcrum GT needed a 20×40 island that could communicate the breadth and sophistication of their platform while projecting the confidence of a company inviting the industry to sail beyond the status quo.

The Nautical Metaphor
Building the entire booth identity around a sailing and maritime theme — from the "Sail beyond the status quo" rallying cry on the massive LED screen to wooden barrel decor and circular porthole cutouts in the walls. The nautical metaphor positioned Fulcrum GT as a navigator guiding law firms through uncharted waters, transforming an abstract technology platform into a visceral story of voyage, discovery, and forward motion.
The LED Command Center
Designing a towering LED screen wall as the booth's visual anchor — a cinematic display cycling between a sailboat cutting through open waters and product messaging for Snap Billing & Finance. Visible from across the exhibit hall, this digital centerpiece commanded attention and drew foot traffic toward the island, functioning as both brand billboard and interactive product showcase.
The Partner Ecosystem
Integrating Fulcrum GT's technology partnership network — Google Cloud, IBM Watsonx, Dun & Bradstreet, and SAP — into a dedicated brand wall with the headline "Raising the Bar, Through Legal Tech Innovations." This strategic placement communicated enterprise credibility and innovation depth at a glance, giving attendees confidence in Fulcrum GT's platform before even starting a conversation.
Multi-Zone Architecture
Engineering a true 20×40 island with four distinct engagement zones: open aisle-facing demo stations with blue bar stools for quick interactions, a glass-walled semi-private meeting room for enterprise conversations, angled touchscreen kiosks for self-guided platform exploration, and a backlit blue brand wall for immersive product storytelling — each zone connected by the booth's unified nautical design language.

Cinematic LED Screen Wall
The booth's visual anchor — a massive, high-resolution LED screen dominating the central structure, cycling between a cinematic sailboat scene with the rallying cry "Sail beyond the status quo" and detailed product showcases for Snap Billing & Finance. The screen displayed enterprise-grade value propositions including "One source of truth," "Transparent, timely, accurate bills," and "Embedded analytics & alerts," giving attendees a compelling product narrative before they even stepped onto the booth's dark charcoal carpet.
Nautical Porthole Wall
A distinctive wall panel featuring two large circular cutouts reminiscent of ship portholes, with detailed service listings visible through and around them — "Matter Inception & Execution | Time Management | Finance & Billing | WIP & Accounts | HCM | Legal Business Network | AI." A screen above displayed "Your Vision. Our Platform." The porthole motif reinforced the nautical identity while serving as a functional product directory.
Glass-Walled Meeting Suite
A semi-enclosed meeting area with transparent glass walls, creating a private-yet-visible space for enterprise-level conversations. Adjacent to a large screen showcasing Snap Billing & Finance's enterprise-grade capabilities, the suite allowed senior prospects to experience focused product demonstrations while maintaining the openness and energy of the island booth layout.
Backlit Blue Brand Wall
A stunning, deep-blue backlit wall featuring the Fulcrum GT logo and the tagline "Tomorrow's Outcomes. Delivered Today." — the booth's signature brand moment. The wall incorporated a vibrant blue glowing dot pattern that pulsed with technological energy, flanked by clean white and tan structural pillars. Positioned behind the glass meeting suite, the wall created a dramatic backdrop for every conversation, ensuring the Fulcrum GT brand was front and center in every photograph and every handshake.
Interactive Demo Kiosks
Modern, angled touchscreen kiosks positioned at aisle-facing entry points, inviting attendees to "Discover the new Digital Legal Business Platform" through self-guided exploration. The kiosks featured an intuitive mobile interface graphic and provided hands-on access to Fulcrum GT's product suite, creating a low-friction entry point for attendees to engage with the platform before committing to a deeper conversation.
Black Overhead Hanging Sign
A bold, black rectangular hanging structure suspended above the island with crisp white "fulcrum GT" lettering — a deliberate departure from the blue-dominant palette that ensured maximum contrast and visibility from across the Gaylord National exhibit hall. The sign's hollow rectangular form also helped define the booth's ceiling space, framing the blue LED ceiling panels below and creating an immersive canopy effect overhead.
