Workforce Intelligence Meets the World's Largest Cloud Stage
AWS re:Invent is the biggest event in cloud computing — five days, 60,000+ attendees, and hundreds of exhibitors all competing for the attention of enterprise decision-makers, engineers, and security leaders. As a Platinum sponsor, Teramind needed a booth that didn't just show up — it needed to stop people in their tracks.
The challenge was multi-dimensional: position Teramind as the definitive leader in workforce intelligence and insider risk management within the AWS ecosystem, unveil the new Predictive Edge platform powered by the brAIn engine, and create an immersive experience that conveyed the scale and sophistication of a platform monitoring 500,000+ endpoints — all while competing against the biggest names in tech for floor traffic at The Venetian Expo.

Brand Universe
Translating Teramind's "future of workforce intelligence" narrative into a fully immersive physical environment — a deep-space aesthetic with cosmic nebula graphics, futuristic character illustrations, and a color palette anchored in navy blue, electric blue, and signature Teramind yellow that would stand apart from every booth on the floor.
Structural Engineering
Designing a true island architecture with a massive overhead hanging sign visible from every aisle — an L-shaped white structure bearing the Teramind logo with the yellow "T" icon on all faces, anchoring the booth as a landmark across the expo hall and drawing foot traffic from hundreds of feet away.
Lighting Choreography
Engineering a multi-layered lighting system that became the booth's signature feature — concentric blue LED halo rings suspended from the ceiling creating a portal effect, vertical blue accent strips in structural frames, and warm yellow-amber perimeter underglow that made the entire structure appear to float above the dark convention floor.
Experience Zoning
Dividing the island footprint into purpose-driven zones: a central interactive display hub with an octagonal frame for live demos, perimeter kiosk stations for one-on-one product walkthroughs, a graphic storytelling wall for brand narrative, and hospitality seating — each zone flowing naturally into the next while serving a distinct engagement purpose.

Six Signature Features
Concentric LED Halo Rings
The booth's most arresting feature — two concentric glowing blue LED rings suspended from the ceiling, creating a futuristic "portal" or halo effect that dominated the visual landscape of the expo hall. The rings cast an ethereal blue glow across the booth interior, pulling attendees toward the center and establishing Teramind as the most visually distinctive presence on the floor.
Overhead Hanging Structure
A large, elevated L-shaped white structure suspended from the convention ceiling, featuring the Teramind logo and signature yellow square "T" icon on all visible faces. Visible from every aisle of the expo hall, the sign established immediate wayfinding for attendees and anchored the booth as a landmark destination in the Platinum sponsor zone.
Cosmic Brand Narrative Walls
Floor-to-ceiling graphic panels wrapped in high-definition starry nebula artwork in deep blues and purples, featuring Teramind's futuristic character illustrations and bold messaging — "The future of workforce intelligence is here" and "Workforce Intelligence, Business Excellence." The deep-space aesthetic reinforced the platform's next-generation positioning.
Central Interactive Demo Hub
An octagonal display frame at the heart of the booth featuring a large screen showcasing "Integrations & Partners" alongside logos from AWS, Splunk, Jira, and other technology partners. Backlit with bright white LEDs and surrounded by plush white cylindrical stools, the hub served as the primary engagement point — where attendees experienced live Predictive Edge demos, the brAIn engine in action, and Teramind's Productivity and Insider Risk & DLP solutions.
Perimeter Demo Kiosks
Sleek white-framed kiosk stations positioned around the booth perimeter, each equipped with monitors and backlit display panels for individual product demonstrations. The kiosks provided dedicated spaces for sales engineers to walk attendees through specific use cases — from real-time screen monitoring and user behavior analytics to DLP policy enforcement and compliance reporting.
Floating Perimeter Glow
A continuous bright yellow-amber LED strip lining the entire base of the booth, creating the illusion that the structure floated above the dark convention carpet. Combined with deep blue floor accent lighting, the warm perimeter glow reinforced Teramind's brand palette and made the booth boundaries visible and inviting from every approach angle.
