Every ophthalmologist on that floor has seen a hundred device booths. Yours has one pass to matter.
Fixed-price AAO exhibits in New Orleans — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at the Morial Center has already stood up once. And yes — with the show weeks away, there is still time. That’s what pre-built inventory is for.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its New Orleans price.
AAO attendees are physicians and surgeons — they walk the floor to get hands on diagnostics, lasers, IOLs and imaging platforms, not to admire architecture. The work below is what we build for brands whose product has to be demonstrated, not just displayed: custom structures designed around the demo station and the sit-down conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — the layout device companies borrow most.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for guided, one-at-a-time demos.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — the format surgeon conversations need.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — one build, a full congress calendar.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a controlled viewing experience — the imaging-suite playbook.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — visible from across a crowded hall.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume technical traffic between sessions.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — not a lecture at a crowd.
The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center is a mile-long building on the Mississippi riverfront, and AAO’s exhibit hall sits inside a schedule built around scientific sessions, not around your freight. The most expensive AAO mistake isn’t a bad booth — it’s a booth planned by someone who has never moved freight through the Morial Center’s docks or timed a demo around a session break.
The Morial Center runs in a long line of contiguous halls along the river — which hall your booth lands in decides your dock, your move-in rhythm and how far attendees walk before they reach you. We plan freight, labour and install to your actual hall assignment, not to the venue’s mailing address, and we’ve built on this floor before.
AAO attendees move in pulses — the hall floods between scientific sessions and empties during them. A booth that wins here is engineered for the surge: a message readable in seconds, demo stations that convert a pulse of traffic into seated conversations, and staff sightlines that let one team work the whole footprint at peak.
Advance-order cutoffs land roughly eight weeks before any show — for this edition, that window is open now and closing. The exact dates are in the facts strip at the top of this page. A late start is compressed but genuinely workable: our booths are pre-built inventory, custom-finished per brand, which is precisely what makes an eight-week runway realistic.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates while the advance window is still open.
A compressed timeline is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: rush surcharges, labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually, at the same fixed price whether you booked six months out or six weeks out. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for New Orleans and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact dates for this edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and they update automatically. With AAO in October, that puts the decision window in mid-August: now. This is not the comfortable end of the timeline, but it is squarely inside what a pre-built inventory model is designed for — the runway below is compressed, honest, and one we run routinely.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. On a compressed timeline the answers matter twice as much. Ours are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
