Supervised I&D at every major U.S. venue — inside each hall’s labor rules, on schedule, from a booth that was assembled and photographed at the warehouse first.
Show-site labor is where exhibitors get burned twice: once by hourly rates, and again by crews meeting a booth for the first time. Our installs run differently for a structural reason — every booth was already fully assembled at the warehouse pre-build. The crates arrive labeled in install sequence, the crew works from photos of the finished build, and the supervisor on your floor has seen this exact booth standing before. That is why installs are measured in hours, not days.
Every major venue also has its own labor jurisdiction — what exhibitor-appointed contractors may do, what falls to the hall’s unions, and how the rules shift between the Las Vegas Convention Center, McCormick Place, Moscone, and the Orange County Convention Center. We work inside those rules rather than around them: paperwork filed, badges arranged, and no surprises on the floor. After the show closes, the same crew dismantles, repacks to the crate map, and hands the freight off before the outbound deadline.
Freight hits the dock in your target window; the crew starts with the crate map and pre-build photos.
Structure, graphics, AV, and lighting go up in sequence. You walk the finished booth before show open.
After close: down, packed, and on the outbound truck before forced-freight deadlines.
No — your project manager supervises and sends you progress updates, and you walk the booth (in person or on video) before show open. Many clients land the night before the show to a finished booth.
Each venue defines what exhibitor crews may do versus hall labor — and the answer differs between Las Vegas, Chicago, San Francisco, and Orlando. We file the right paperwork and staff the install accordingly, so the rules are our problem, not yours.
Because every booth is pre-built and crated in sequence, most installs complete within their first labor call — it’s the pre-build, not heroics, that makes 48-hour turnarounds routine.
The crew carries the pre-build photo set, so damage is identified against a known-good reference the moment crates open — and resolved on site with spares and our supervisor’s authority to act, not discovered by your sales team at 9 a.m.
