LED walls, monitors, and touchscreens specified for your content and your viewing distances — mounted into the structure and tested with your actual media before shipping.
AV is where booths most often over-spend and under-deliver. A pixel pitch too coarse for the viewing distance. A dazzling wall running a looping video nobody stops for. A monitor arriving with the wrong input for your media player. We spec AV backwards from two questions: where will people actually stand, and what will actually play? The answers determine pixel pitch, panel size, brightness, and mounting height — before any hardware is reserved.
Because the AV is part of the booth design rather than an afterthought, displays mount into the structure — flush, cable-managed, and powered from planned drops rather than taped extension cords. And because every booth goes through the warehouse pre-build, your video wall is assembled, powered on, and running your actual content files before it ships. Input problems, resolution mismatches, and playback stutters get solved in our warehouse, not during move-in.
Viewing distance and content type determine pitch, size, and brightness — not the other way round.
Mounts, cable paths, and power drops are engineered into the fabrication.
The wall runs your real files at the warehouse. What you approve is what plays at the show.
It depends on how far away your audience stands. A tight pitch you pay a premium for is wasted on a wall viewed from twenty feet; a coarse pitch up close looks like a scoreboard. Tell us the booth layout and we’ll spec it from your actual sightlines.
Standard video files (MP4/H.264 or H.265) at the wall’s native resolution cover almost every case. When your booth design is approved you’ll get the exact resolution and format spec for each screen — and we test your real files at the pre-build.
Your project manager documents the power requirement and places the electrical order with the show contractor, and any rigged elements are engineered to your venue’s rules. You won’t be filling out a power form guessing at amperage.
Hardware is tested at the pre-build and again at install, and our I&D supervision covers show-day support. Failures are rare precisely because nothing arrives untested — but if something misbehaves, you call one number, not a rental company you’ve never met.
