Booth design that starts with your show, not our inventory

Photorealistic 3D concepts built around your booth space, your venue’s rules, and how you actually capture leads — whether you rent the structure or commission your own.

Overview

A booth design is a set of decisions, and most of them get made before a single panel is drawn. What does a visitor see from thirty feet down the aisle? Where does the first conversation happen? Where do demos run without blocking traffic, and where does your team retreat for a serious meeting? Our designers start with those questions — plus the ones your venue will ask, like hanging-sign height limits and line-of-sight rules — and only then start building the concept.

You receive photorealistic 3D renderings of your booth from multiple angles, a floor plan, and a graphics specification, so what you approve is what gets fabricated. The same design process serves both paths: configure it from our rental inventory so it looks custom without the capital cost, or commission it as a build you own. Either way, the design is engineered for the venue it will stand in — a concept drawn for LVCC’s high-ceiling halls gets rethought before it goes to a hotel ballroom like the Wynn.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the design free?

Initial concepts are part of our quoting process — you see renderings of your actual booth before you commit. Tell us your show, size, and budget and we’ll take it from there.

How many revisions do I get?

We revise until you approve. In practice most designs land within two to three rounds, because the discovery call up front removes most of the guesswork.

Do you design for my specific venue?

Yes — the design is checked against your show’s exhibitor manual, not just the venue’s general specs. Ceiling heights, hanging-sign rules, and line-of-sight requirements differ hall by hall, and a design that ignores them gets rejected at the worst possible time.

Do I own the design?

For custom purchase builds, yes. For rentals, the configuration is yours to reuse with us show after show — most clients refine the same design across a season rather than starting over.
