From this moment until your booth is standing on the show floor, there are only a handful of things we need from you. Everything else is ours. Your fixed price does not change along the way.
Production slot reserved. Templates on the way.
Total time asked of you: roughly two hours across ten weeks.
One project manager, one phone number, start to finish.
T−N means N days before the show opens. Exact dates land in the project schedule your project manager sends within 48 hours of signing.
Your designer never has to guess a dimension. Every printable surface arrives as a template with bleed, safe zones and file specs already marked.
Dielines and specs for every panel, counter wrap and header — usually within two days of signing.
Drop the files in the shared folder. If something's off, we tell you the same day, not at the print shop.
You see the final look of every printed surface before a single panel is produced.
Every show has a manual thicker than a phone book. Your project manager reads it so you don't — and files everything before it's due.
We register as your exhibitor-appointed contractor and submit insurance certificates to the organizer.
We send the carpet swatches and the furniture list from your quote. Pick a color, confirm or swap pieces, done — orders go in the same day.
Electrical, rigging and cleaning are venue services billed by the show. We place the orders on your behalf before the discount window closes and send you the exact amounts.
Three weeks out, your booth stands fully assembled in our shop — graphics on, lights on, monitors mounted. You get photos of the real thing, not a render.
Every angle, every panel, every seam. Anything you'd want to see on the show floor, you see here first.
Approve, or flag anything. There is still time to adjust.
Inspected, crated, labeled and staged for freight.
We never ship direct-to-show. Freight lands at the advance warehouse days before move-in, gets checked in, and is already sitting at your booth space when our crew walks in.
Timed to land inside the advance-warehouse window. Tracking number goes to you.
Before the move-in rush, before the marshalling-yard lines. This is why our installs start on time.
Local crews assemble the same structure you approved in the pre-build photos. A Pure Exhibits supervisor stays reachable inside the venue every day of the show.
Built, wiped down, lights on, monitors tested. You walk in to a finished booth.
Need a tool, a tweak, a spare bulb? One text.
Your team walks out at close. We pack it, ship it and send you photos plus anything worth carrying into the next show.
Supervisor checks freight at the advance warehouse and confirms the targeted move-in slot with the show.
Structure up by lunch, graphics and lighting by afternoon, AV tested by end of day. You get a photo: "ready."
You arrive to a clean, lit, finished booth. Our supervisor is a text away for the entire show.
Take your leads and your laptop. Leave the rest — dismantle starts the moment the show allows it.
Show-floor photos, a short debrief and a note on what to reuse next time. Then we hold your date for the next one.
If yours isn't here, your project manager is one message away.
Tell your project manager early. We hold your production slot and reshuffle print order where we can. Very late files can mean rush print charges from the print vendor — we'll always tell you the number before it happens, never after.
Small changes (a graphic swap, a different counter) are usually fine before the pre-build. Structural changes are quoted as a change order so you always know the cost before you say yes.
Venue-controlled services: electrical, rigging, drayage and daily cleaning. The show bills these directly. We order them on your behalf at advance rates and tell you the amounts up front.
No. Most clients arrive the morning the show opens. If you'd like to see the build, you're welcome on the floor — we'll tell you when it's worth showing up.
Rentals return to our warehouse. If you purchased the structure, we store, inspect and stage it for your next show — same crew, same booth, new graphics if you want them.
One project manager from signing through the recap. They send the dated schedule, the templates, the pre-build photos and the tracking number, and they're the person on the other end of the phone during show week.
Every milestone above with your real show dates, your booth number, and your project manager's direct line.
