Your booth stands complete in our warehouse before it ever ships

Every booth — no exceptions — is fully assembled, dressed, powered, and photographed at our facility. You approve the real thing, not a promise.

Overview

Most booth disasters share one thing: they were discovered on the show floor, the day before opening, at overtime labor rates. The graphic printed a shade off-brand. The counter that doesn’t clear the column. The video wall that won’t read the media player. None of these are catastrophes in a warehouse two weeks out. All of them are catastrophes at the venue.

That’s why the pre-build isn’t an upgrade at Pure Exhibits — it’s the process. Before anything is crated, your entire booth goes up at our Las Vegas facility: structure assembled exactly as it will stand at the show, every graphic installed and inspected, video walls and monitors powered on with your actual content, lighting aimed. You get a photo set or a live video walkthrough, and nothing ships until you’ve approved what you see.

The pre-build is also why our show-site installs run fast. The crew that assembles your booth at the venue is working from a build that has already gone together once — labeled, sequenced, and photographed. There is no puzzling on the show floor, because the puzzle was solved in the warehouse.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the pre-build included, or an add-on?

Included, always. Every booth we send to a show has been fully built and approved at our facility first. It isn’t a premium option — it’s how we avoid selling you surprises.

Can I see the pre-build in person?

You’re welcome at our Las Vegas facility — many clients exhibiting at LVCC, the Venetian Expo, or Mandalay Bay stop by since they’re already traveling here. For everyone else, the photo set or live video walkthrough covers it.

What if I want changes after seeing the photos?

That’s the point of the exercise. Graphic swaps, layout adjustments, and fit corrections happen at the warehouse before crating. Significant scope changes are quoted before we proceed — but you’ll never find out about a problem at the venue.

How far before the show does the pre-build happen?

Typically one to three weeks before freight has to move, depending on your show’s advance-warehouse dates. That window is deliberately wide enough to fix anything the walkthrough surfaces.
