The buyers who move the aftermarket walk this floor once a year. Your booth gets one pass.
Fixed-price AAPEX exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets distributors at The Venetian Expo has already stood up once — during the one week a year when Las Vegas has no spare capacity for surprises.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
AAPEX attendees are working buyers — parts manufacturers, distributors, repair-shop owners and service-chain purchasers who walk the floor with an order book, not a lanyard collection. The work below is what we build for brands whose product has to be demonstrated, handled and negotiated over: custom structures designed around the demo and the meeting, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a live product experience — the scale flagship aftermarket brands compete at.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model for brands running AAPEX alongside regional shows.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — the layout tool and equipment brands run at AAPEX.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — visible down a Venetian Expo aisle before your product line is.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic — the rhythm of a busy tool-demo counter.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for products buyers want to touch before they order.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — the distributor-meeting layout, done right.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — where distribution deals actually get signed.
AAPEX fills The Venetian Expo the same week SEMA fills the convention center across town — which means every truck, dock, crew and hotel room in Las Vegas is spoken for at once. The most expensive AAPEX mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned as if it were shipping into a quiet city.
The expo hall is attached to a working resort, and freight moves through its docks on scheduled target times, not on your truck’s schedule. Miss your window during the busiest trade-show week of the Las Vegas year and you’re re-queuing behind everyone else’s freight. We book the dock time, meet the truck and supervise the crew — your team never touches a marshalling yard.
AAPEX booths work harder than most: product displays that carry real inventory weight, powered stations where tools and equipment run all day, and semi-private space where distributor conversations can actually happen. A booth that only looks good in a render fails at all three. We design around what your booth has to do, then make it look the part.
Advance-order deadlines for show services land roughly eight weeks before opening — early September, while most exhibitors are still in summer mode. File after that and everything you order is billed at floor rates. The exact deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order with the show’s general contractor at advance rather than floor rates.
Show-week Las Vegas is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For AAPEX that cutoff arrives in early September, while half the industry is still on summer schedules — which is exactly why so many exhibitors end up paying floor rates for services they knew they’d need in June.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
