7,500 emergency physicians, one exhibit hall — and a clock that’s already running.
Fixed-price ACEP exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships — and because every booth starts from pre-built inventory, a short runway to show week is a solved problem, not a rush surcharge.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Chicago price.
ACEP attendees are clinicians first. They walk the hall between sessions, they’ve heard every pitch, and they stop for one thing: a hands-on demonstration that respects their time. The work below is what we build for demo-led exhibiting — device stations, education theatres and meeting rooms on structures designed around the demonstration, not around the furniture — with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model for a rotating show like ACEP.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a seated experience — the education-theatre playbook.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — readable across an aisle of burst traffic.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — the layout hands-on device demos need.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume technical walkthroughs.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island — built for show-and-prove selling.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one, consult-style conversations.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms — where hospital and group deals actually close.
The Scientific Assembly is the world’s largest emergency medicine educational conference — which means the exhibit hall competes with the classroom. Attendees come for courses and credits, and they hit the floor in bursts between sessions. Add McCormick Place’s scheduled docks and union jurisdictions, and the shape of a winning ACEP booth is very different from a generic trade show island.
McCormick Place is a multi-hall campus where freight is marshaled, docks run on target times, and union jurisdictions govern who may build, carry and plug in what. None of that is a problem if it’s planned — all of it is expensive if it’s improvised. We map your move-in to the venue’s rhythm and file every order early, at advance rather than floor rates.
Traffic at a CME-driven show doesn’t flow — it surges when sessions break and thins when they resume. The booths that win are engineered for the surge: one message readable at a glance, a hands-on demo a physician can complete between lectures, and a quiet corner for the longer conversation. We design for that rhythm, not for an all-day ambient crowd.
ACEP rotates hosts — Salt Lake City, then Chicago, then Boston, then Las Vegas. Owning a booth means freighting and warehousing crates around the country between editions. Renting means your design files carry forward and we rebuild fresh for each city, priced for that city. The facts strip above follows the show automatically.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A compressed timeline is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Chicago and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order deadline lands weeks before move-in — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Inside a short runway the sequence below runs in parallel rather than in series, and it works because the booth starts from pre-built inventory: what compresses is decision time, not build quality, and the fixed price is the same as it would be on a six-month lead.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
