AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE Booth Rentals

Nine tracks running at once. CPAs and CFOs are only ever a few steps from your booth — for about four seconds.

Fixed-price AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth built to catch CPAs and CFOs between concurrent sessions has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

ENGAGE isn’t one conference. It’s nine, running at the same time.

AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE runs nine concurrent tracks inside the ARIA Resort & Casino, which means your actual audience on the floor at any given moment is whoever’s between sessions — a rotating, time-boxed crowd rather than a steady stream. The most expensive ENGAGE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth built for foot traffic that never stays still long enough to notice it.

ARIA Resort & Casino

A resort convention center, not a city-wide hall

ARIA’s meeting and convention space runs on the resort’s own loading docks, freight elevators and labour rules — different from the Las Vegas Convention Center just down the Strip, and often tighter on move-in windows. We confirm ARIA’s specific freight and dock requirements before anything is designed, rather than assuming Las Vegas logistics are interchangeable.

A floor that empties between sessions

CPAs, CFOs and practitioners on a nine-track schedule

With nine tracks running at once, exhibit-hall traffic comes in short, predictable bursts between sessions rather than a steady flow. The booths that win are built to be understood in that burst — a clear message and an inviting reason to sit down before the next session pulls the crowd away again.

The June crunch

Early summer overlaps with multiple finance & healthcare shows

ENGAGE lands in the same early-summer stretch as a wave of other professional-services and healthcare conferences, when fabrication shops fill up fast. Book late and you’re choosing from whatever build capacity is left, not what’s best for a resort-based show.

What we handle at AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE
  • Design built for short, session-break traffic bursts, not a steady crowd
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling at advance rates
  • Labour coordination and on-site supervision under the resort’s rules
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in February should survive June

Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from June

Your real deadline is in mid-spring

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For accounting and finance teams specifically, that window opens right as tax season wraps up — which means the planning conversation has to start before the busy season ends, not after.

DEC–FEBBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked — start before tax season consumes your team’s bandwidth.
MARCHLayout submitted for show approval — placement confirmed.
EARLY APRGraphics finalised and sent to production.
MID-APRDesign locked. Advance electrical and rigging filed — right as tax season wraps up.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your ENGAGE booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in March costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it ships. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence — the same standard this audience applies to every number they sign off on.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. At a resort venue like ARIA, missing a filing deadline can cost more than at a traditional convention center — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens if my team can’t focus on this until after tax season? Ours: less than you’d think — we can lock concepts and the fixed price in a single working session, so your team’s real time commitment is small even during the busiest months. But the eight-week cutoff doesn’t move for anyone’s calendar; the earlier you can carve out that one session, even before April 15, the more design freedom you keep.

Questions AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE exhibitors actually ask

ENGAGE booth rental FAQs

How much does an AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show bills you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for ENGAGE?
Lock your design in mid-spring. The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks out — for a June show that window opens right around when tax season wraps up, so the earlier your team can get even one working session on the calendar, the more design freedom you keep. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s move-in like at the ARIA Resort & Casino?
Different from a stand-alone convention center — ARIA’s meeting space runs on the resort’s own loading docks, freight elevators and labour rules, layered on top of a fully operating hotel and casino. We confirm ARIA’s specific dock windows and freight requirements before anything is designed, and your project manager and install supervisor are on site through move-in.
With nine tracks running at once, how do I design for a floor that empties and fills all day?
You design for the burst, not the lull. We build booths around a message that reads instantly and a physical reason to stop — a demo, a seat, a conversation starter — so the short windows between sessions convert instead of just passing by. A booth built to wait for slow, steady foot traffic underperforms badly on a nine-track floor.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Resort convention floors run on contracted labour under the venue’s own rules, and the show governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an ENGAGE booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. During ENGAGE’s crowded early-summer season, the earlier you call, the more build capacity is still available.
Our team is buried in tax season — can we still move fast enough to book?
Yes. The heaviest lift on your side is a single concept and pricing conversation — after that, design, fabrication and approvals move on our schedule, not yours. Teams booking for ENGAGE often lock the fixed price in late winter, before tax season peaks, precisely so nothing about the booth competes for attention in April.
