Nine tracks running at once. CPAs and CFOs are only ever a few steps from your booth — for about four seconds.
Fixed-price AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth built to catch CPAs and CFOs between concurrent sessions has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE puts your booth in front of CPAs, CFOs and tax and audit practitioners moving between nine concurrent conference tracks — an audience that budgets and forecasts for a living and reads a booth the same way, for return on the two minutes it costs them. The work below is what we build for brands that need to earn that two minutes, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms for the real budget conversations this floor runs on.
Microsoft
Modular island built for the kind of enterprise credibility a finance audience already trusts.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones built for a focused, numbers-first walkthrough.
Appdome
A theatre-style layout that turns a break between sessions into a seated conversation.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations built to earn attention between nine competing conference tracks.
Radware
A compact footprint that makes its case before a CPA’s five-minute break is over.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED that keeps working while attention is split nine ways.
IMAX
Large-format presence for brands whose booth needs to outlast a crowded resort floor.
AICPA & CIMA ENGAGE runs nine concurrent tracks inside the ARIA Resort & Casino, which means your actual audience on the floor at any given moment is whoever’s between sessions — a rotating, time-boxed crowd rather than a steady stream. The most expensive ENGAGE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth built for foot traffic that never stays still long enough to notice it.
ARIA’s meeting and convention space runs on the resort’s own loading docks, freight elevators and labour rules — different from the Las Vegas Convention Center just down the Strip, and often tighter on move-in windows. We confirm ARIA’s specific freight and dock requirements before anything is designed, rather than assuming Las Vegas logistics are interchangeable.
With nine tracks running at once, exhibit-hall traffic comes in short, predictable bursts between sessions rather than a steady flow. The booths that win are built to be understood in that burst — a clear message and an inviting reason to sit down before the next session pulls the crowd away again.
ENGAGE lands in the same early-summer stretch as a wave of other professional-services and healthcare conferences, when fabrication shops fill up fast. Book late and you’re choosing from whatever build capacity is left, not what’s best for a resort-based show.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For accounting and finance teams specifically, that window opens right as tax season wraps up — which means the planning conversation has to start before the busy season ends, not after.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
