The Challenge
After their triumph at GSX, Ambient AI approached us with an exciting challenge: replicate the success while amplifying the experience for ISC West 2025. With prime positioning facing the main hallway and entrance, they wanted to maximize every square foot of their 20×30 space.
The brief was ambitious: increase demo stations from 4 to 6, add interactive activations with camera capture, incorporate more lasers and disco balls for memorable brand moments, and ensure the space remained inclusive and accessible while handling high traffic flow. All while maintaining the functionality that made their GSX booth a hit—including specialized storage solutions and anti-fatigue considerations for their team.

The Creative Journey
We analyzed the GSX success and reimagined the layout for ISC West's unique footprint. By optimizing traffic flow and utilizing vertical space with elevated signage, we successfully integrated 6 demo stations while maintaining the open, inclusive feel that visitors loved.
Each of the 6 demo stations was designed for easy interaction and inclusivity. The large central display became the perfect solution for group demonstrations, while individual stations allowed for personalized AI security experiences.
We embraced Ambient AI's bold vision: lasers created dynamic lighting effects, multiple disco balls added unexpected delight, and the activation wall with integrated camera became an instant social media sensation, capturing visitors in branded moments they wanted to share.
Behind the spectacle, we integrated practical solutions: anti-fatigue flooring for staff comfort, dual storage systems including a dedicated videographer's locker, backpack hooks in the swag room, and compared cabinet configurations to optimize the reception area.
