Occupational therapists judge a tool by whether it works in someone’s hands — not by how it looks in a photo.
Fixed-price AOTA INSPIRE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth built for occupational therapy’s clinicians and educators has already stood up once. The venue is to be announced — the facts strip below updates automatically the moment it’s confirmed.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Boston price.
AOTA INSPIRE draws occupational therapists, OT assistants and educators evaluating adaptive equipment, assistive technology and continuing-education programmes — an audience that wants to try the product, not just see it. The work below is what we build for brands that need real hands-on space, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Appdome
Demo theatre built to hold a steady line of clinicians trying the product hands-on.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a compact footprint — built for close, practical demonstration.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms for one-to-one clinical consults off an open front.
Teramind
Large-format island with demo zones built for training-style walkthroughs.
Microsoft
Modular island engineered to repeat across a multi-conference education programme.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one clinical conversation.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as structure — used to walk clinicians through a product in action.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a controlled training-demo experience.
AOTA INSPIRE brings occupational therapists, OT assistants and educators together to evaluate adaptive equipment and assistive technology by using it — not by reading a spec sheet. The most expensive AOTA INSPIRE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth with nowhere for a clinician to actually try the product.
The venue for this edition is still to be announced — the facts strip at the top of this page updates automatically the moment it’s confirmed. Boston’s major convention facilities all run on the same fundamentals: targeted dock windows, marshalling-yard check-in and union labour governed by the show’s general contractor. We plan the booth to whichever building’s schedule applies, not the other way around.
AOTA INSPIRE attendees want to put a product in their own hands before they recommend it to a patient or a program. The winning booth is built for hands-on demonstration space and a real conversation, not a booth you admire from the aisle. We design for that interaction, not for a glance.
An April show means advance orders come due roughly eight weeks out — mid-February, right after the holiday production slowdown eats into the fall and winter weeks this timeline needs. The real deadline for a locked design is mid-February. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an April show that cutoff sits in mid-February, which means the binding constraint arrives even earlier: the production weeks this timeline assumes overlap Thanksgiving and the December holidays.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
