Every transit agency on this floor is deciding what rides their city next. Your booth has to prove it can go the distance.
Fixed-price APTA TRANSform exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that has to earn a transit agency’s confidence has already proven it works.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Chicago price.
APTA TRANSform attendees are transit agencies, bus and rail manufacturers and mobility technology companies evaluating vendors for equipment and systems they’ll run for decades — an audience that reads technical credibility and deployment history before it reads branding. The work below is what we build for brands that need to project engineering seriousness, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — built to communicate the scale of a fleet-wide programme at a glance.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a controlled screening — the kind of setting that suits a technical capabilities briefing.
Microsoft
Modular island engineered to repeat across a multi-show programme — the same institutional discipline transit agencies expect from a long-term vendor.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for the technical, spec-level conversations this floor runs on.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones — the footprint logic behind a vendor with equipment deployed across multiple transit systems.
Appdome
High-volume demo theatre built to hold a crowd without a bottleneck — useful when an agency delegation walks the floor together.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — built for procurement-level relationship building.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — built for the RFP and procurement conversations that need privacy.
APTA TRANSform brings transit agencies, bus and rail manufacturers and mobility technology companies together around infrastructure decisions that run for decades, not seasons. That changes what a booth has to prove: technical credibility, durability and real deployment history. The most expensive APTA mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth that reads consumer-tech on a floor built around heavy, long-life infrastructure.
A campus of halls, not a single room — dock distances alone can run the length of several city blocks, and freight is called to specific doors on a schedule set by the show’s general contractor. Missing your window here doesn’t cost minutes, it costs hours. We plan the booth to the specific hall, not a generic building.
Attendees are comparing vendors for equipment and systems their agencies will run for years, sometimes decades. The booths that win make technical specs, deployment history and reliability legible at a glance, and give a procurement team somewhere to sit down for the detailed conversation.
October opens the federal fiscal year, and many transit agencies operate on grant cycles tied to that calendar — new-year budgets are just becoming available right as the show opens. It also lands inside the busiest run of fall trade shows, when fabrication capacity fills fast behind every other Q4 exhibitor.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow the same way everywhere: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Chicago and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Early August also sits at the front of the busiest run of fall trade shows, so the production weeks this timeline assumes are the same weeks every other Q4 exhibitor is booking too.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
