Asembia AXS27 Summit Booth Rentals

The entire specialty pharmacy channel in one resort. Your booth is your first meeting.

Fixed-price Asembia AXS27 exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth your pharma partners walk into has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

Asembia isn’t a convention center show. It’s a resort.

AXS27 runs inside the Wynn & Encore Las Vegas — a five-star resort, not a purpose-built exhibit hall. That changes the logistics (docks, freight windows, move-in rhythm) and it changes the design brief: your booth sits steps from suites, session rooms and dinner reservations, in front of an audience that judges polish for a living. The most expensive Asembia mistake is planning it like a convention center show.

The Wynn is not an exhibit hall

Resort ballroom logistics

Hotel ballroom and expo space runs on tighter docks, stricter freight windows and shorter move-in slots than a convention center. Booth heights, rigging options and access routes all differ from what a convention-center exhibitor expects. We build to the venue’s real constraints from the first rendering, so nothing gets redesigned on a deadline.

A meetings-first floor

Pharmacy · Manufacturers · Payers

Asembia traffic moves between sessions and scheduled meetings — you get concentrated bursts, not all-day wandering. The booths that win have a message readable in one glance and somewhere semi-private to sit down within ten feet of it. We design for that: open, credible fronts with real conversation space behind them.

The April calendar

Deadlines land in late winter

Working back from show week, advance-order deadlines land roughly eight weeks out — late winter, when Q1 priorities are competing for everyone’s attention. The exact dates for the next edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page. Lock your design before the advance windows open and every order files at the cheaper rate.

What we handle at Asembia
  • Venue-specific design — built to the Wynn’s real height, access and layout constraints
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Labour coordination and on-site supervision through move-in
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show and venue, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its contractors — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Vacuuming / cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in the fall should survive April

Trade show invoices grow in familiar ways: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from April 2027

Your real deadline is in late February

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For AXS27 that puts the binding constraint in late February and early March 2027: lock the design by then and every venue and show order files at advance rates instead of floor rates.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your Asembia booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in January costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off weeks before move-in. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Have you built inside a hotel resort venue, and who files my advance orders? Ours: the Wynn & Encore is not a convention center — docks, freight windows and height limits all differ. We design to the venue’s constraints from day one and file every advance order ourselves, at advance rates, mapped to the exhibitor-manual deadlines. If a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Where do my meetings happen? Ours: inside the booth, by design. Asembia is a meetings show — we plan seated conversation space into the layout from the first concept, not as an afterthought once the graphics are placed.

Questions Asembia exhibitors actually ask

Asembia AXS27 booth rental FAQs

How much does an Asembia AXS27 booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — a fixed price covering design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill every exhibitor directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit and file the orders at advance rates, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for Asembia AXS27?
Lock your design by late February 2027 — the advance-order window opens roughly eight weeks before the show, and every venue and show order filed inside it costs meaningfully less than floor rates. The exact deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically. Start the conversation in the fall for full design freedom.
What’s different about exhibiting at the Wynn & Encore versus a convention center?
Nearly everything operational: hotel resort venues run tighter docks, shorter freight windows, stricter move-in slots and different height and rigging constraints than a purpose-built hall. Design-wise, the bar is higher too — your booth sits inside a five-star property in front of an audience that judges polish professionally. We design to the venue’s real constraints from the first rendering and plan freight and labour to its schedule.
Asembia is a meetings show. Can the booth double as meeting space?
It should — that’s the design brief we start from. Semi-private seating, enclosed rooms or a hospitality-style lounge can all be built into footprints from 10×20 up, so the pharmacy directors and manufacturer teams on your calendar have somewhere to sit that isn’t a coffee line. Tell us how many concurrent conversations you need to host and we design the layout around that number.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is custom-fabricated for your brand — graphics, layout, lighting and finishes built on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Show floors in Las Vegas run on contracted labour, and the show’s exhibitor manual governs who may build what inside the venue. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, and the related show orders are filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an Asembia booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier you call, the more of that window sits inside the advance-rate deadlines rather than past them.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, dinners, satellite meetings?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the summit run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth. At a resort show like Asembia, where half the real business happens off the floor, that’s often the difference-maker.
