The entire specialty pharmacy channel in one resort. Your booth is your first meeting.
Fixed-price Asembia AXS27 exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth your pharma partners walk into has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Asembia attendees aren’t browsing — pharmacy owners, manufacturer teams, payers and hub-services buyers arrive with a meeting list and a full calendar. The work below is what we build for brands whose booth has to do two jobs at once: signal credibility from across the aisle, and host serious conversations inside it. Every project moves through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
The enterprise-grade presence a payer or manufacturer meeting expects.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms off an open front, built for a schedule like Asembia’s.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with demo zones — the scale of a platform pitch to the whole channel.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — the rhythm of a specialty pharmacy floor.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations in a four-sided island — a format that suits hub and data demos.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — presence without a single wasted square foot.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic between sessions.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an experience — anchor-booth scale for a flagship year.
AXS27 runs inside the Wynn & Encore Las Vegas — a five-star resort, not a purpose-built exhibit hall. That changes the logistics (docks, freight windows, move-in rhythm) and it changes the design brief: your booth sits steps from suites, session rooms and dinner reservations, in front of an audience that judges polish for a living. The most expensive Asembia mistake is planning it like a convention center show.
Hotel ballroom and expo space runs on tighter docks, stricter freight windows and shorter move-in slots than a convention center. Booth heights, rigging options and access routes all differ from what a convention-center exhibitor expects. We build to the venue’s real constraints from the first rendering, so nothing gets redesigned on a deadline.
Asembia traffic moves between sessions and scheduled meetings — you get concentrated bursts, not all-day wandering. The booths that win have a message readable in one glance and somewhere semi-private to sit down within ten feet of it. We design for that: open, credible fronts with real conversation space behind them.
Working back from show week, advance-order deadlines land roughly eight weeks out — late winter, when Q1 priorities are competing for everyone’s attention. The exact dates for the next edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page. Lock your design before the advance windows open and every order files at the cheaper rate.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its contractors — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow in familiar ways: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For AXS27 that puts the binding constraint in late February and early March 2027: lock the design by then and every venue and show order files at advance rates instead of floor rates.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
