The people walking the expo floor build things for a living. So should your booth.
Fixed-price AWS re:Invent exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up in front of fifty thousand cloud builders has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
re:Invent attendees are engineers, architects and the people who sign cloud contracts — an audience that tunes out marketing on sight and rewards a working demo. The work below is what we build for software and technology companies: custom structures designed around the demo, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island built to scale across a cloud giant’s multi-show programme.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive screening experience.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — the platform story is the architecture.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones for live product walk-throughs.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume technical traffic and deep-dive Q&A.
Radware
Hands-on stations where engineers drive the product themselves.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one technical conversation.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms for deal conversations off an open demo front.
AWS re:Invent takes over a stretch of the Las Vegas Strip — sessions, keynotes and events spread across multiple properties, with The Venetian as the hub and the expo floor at its centre. Your booth lives in one building, but your audience is commuting between several. Planning for that rhythm — when the expo actually fills, and why — is the difference between a booth that works and one that watches.
The conference campus spans multiple Strip properties, but The Venetian is the centre of gravity — and the expo hall is there. Operationally that means hotel-venue logistics: defined freight corridors, tight dock scheduling and strict move-in windows. We plan your freight and install to The Venetian’s actual rhythm, not to a generic convention-centre playbook.
The re:Invent expo is where cloud vendors, devtools companies and SaaS platforms compete for the same developer attention — an audience that walks past slogans and stops for demos. Booths win here on a working product, one message readable at a glance, and staff who can go deep. We design around the demo first and build the structure to serve it.
re:Invent lands at the top of winter, which puts Thanksgiving directly against your freight and install window — and pushes the advance-order deadlines into early fall. The real deadline for a locked design is early October. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything. The exact dates are in the facts strip above.
Drayage, rigging, electricity, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A re:Invent booth is usually one line inside a much bigger sponsorship spend — which is exactly why it’s the line that shouldn’t wander. Exhibit-house invoices grow through labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints and supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For re:Invent there’s a second constraint: Thanksgiving sits directly against move-in, so the production weeks this timeline assumes have to finish before the holiday, not around it.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
