Bar & Restaurant Expo Booth Rentals Las Vegas

Operators walk this floor to solve real problems. Your booth has to look like it already works.

Fixed-price Bar & Restaurant Expo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth pitching your product to operators and suppliers has already stood up once.

The kind of booth a working operator stops for

Bar & Restaurant Expo is walked by owners, operators, chefs and buyers who are shopping for equipment, ingredients and systems they can put to work the following Monday — not a slow afternoon of browsing. The work below is what we build for hospitality and product brands: custom structures that demonstrate the product in use, with real space to sample, taste or run a live demonstration, moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

Bar & Restaurant Expo isn’t a browsing show. It’s a buying floor.

Independent and multi-unit operators come to the LVCC to solve a specific problem — new equipment, a better POS, a supplier that can actually deliver — and the co-located World Tea Expo brings a second, overlapping wave of foodservice buyers through the same halls. The booths that win here demonstrate the product in use, not just display it. Design for that before you design anything else.

LVCC — a floor built for two shows at once

Bar & Restaurant Expo + World Tea Expo

Co-location means more total traffic through your hall, but also more competition for the same aisle time. Height, lighting and a clear “what this is” from twenty feet away do disproportionate work here — a booth that reads well in a small regional show can disappear against a bigger co-located floor. We design for the specific hall, not a render on a white background.

A floor that wants to touch the product

Operators & foodservice buyers

Operators buy with their hands — they want to run the equipment, taste the product, watch the POS ring up a real order. A booth that’s only signage and seating wastes the visit. The winning layout gives a buyer somewhere to actually try what you’re selling, with staff positioned to demonstrate rather than just greet.

The late-March calendar problem

Holidays sit inside your timeline

A late-March show means advance orders close roughly eight weeks out — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page. That deadline lands right after the December holidays, when production everywhere is still catching up from the break. Lock your design before the holidays and January stays calm.

What we handle at Bar & Restaurant Expo
  • Layout designed for live product demonstration and sampling
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • LVCC dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in the fall should survive March

A hospitality-supplier marketing budget is planned early and lived with all year — and exhibit-house invoices are exactly where budgets go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from late March

Your real deadline is in late January

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For Bar & Restaurant Expo that puts the binding constraint in late January, right after production everywhere is climbing back from the holiday slowdown. File before it and the break barely touches your schedule.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your Bar & Restaurant Expo booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in December costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off — with sample stations and demo counters built and checked. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. With the cutoff landing right after the holidays, the advance-versus-floor spread is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens to my timeline over the holidays? Ours: very little — because your design is locked and layout submitted before the break, so what’s left in January is graphics production and freight booking, not decision-making. Any vendor still designing through the holidays is gambling with your late-January deadline. Ask them directly.

Questions Bar & Restaurant Expo exhibitors actually ask

Bar & Restaurant Expo booth rental FAQs

How much does a Bar & Restaurant Expo booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show bills you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for Bar & Restaurant Expo?
Lock your design before the advance-order cutoff, roughly eight weeks out — the exact date for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically. Because that deadline lands in late January, start the conversation in the fall so the design is locked before the holiday break slows everyone’s production down.
We’re co-located near World Tea Expo — does that change how the booth should be designed?
It changes who’s likely to walk past. Co-located halls bring a second, adjacent buyer audience through the same aisles, so a booth that reads clearly from a distance earns extra impressions it wouldn’t get at a single-show floor. We factor the actual hall traffic pattern into the layout, not just your booth number.
Can the booth support live sampling, tasting or a working demo?
Yes — that’s the standard request on this floor. Power, plumbing-adjacent staging, counter space and sightlines for a demonstration are engineered into the layout from the first concept. Electrical and any water/drain needs are calculated for your actual setup and filed with the show at advance rates; both are billed to you directly by the venue, but sized and submitted by us.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas show floors run on contracted union labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a Bar & Restaurant Expo booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier in December or January you call, the more of that window sits outside the holiday production slowdown.
