1,300+ exhibitors, one battery supply chain — and the buyers walking the aisles can tell a serious booth from a banner stand at fifty feet.
Fixed-price Battery Show exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Huntington Place has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Detroit price.
The Battery Show floor is walked by cell engineers, pack designers, OEM sourcing teams and plant managers — people who evaluate hardware for a living and extend that judgement to your booth. The work below is what we build for companies selling into technical buyers: custom structures designed around the demo and the conversation, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island engineered to rescale across a full season of shows.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a single flagship demonstration.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — the scale a cell-to-pack story needs.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with hands-on demo zones for technical traffic.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical Q&A.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one engineering conversations.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms for OEM and supplier meetings off an open front.
The Battery Show North America shares Huntington Place with the Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo — one badge, one contiguous floor, and an audience that moves freely between cell chemistry, pack engineering and vehicle integration. That concentration is the opportunity, and it’s also why the floor looks the way it does: this is a show where exhibitors bring real hardware, and booths are judged against it.
Huntington Place sits on the Detroit River in the middle of downtown, and a show this size runs on scheduled dock targets and a marshalling yard — your freight arrives in an assigned window, not whenever the truck shows up. Miss the window and your crew stands idle on the clock. We book the target time, route the truck and plan the install around it, so the schedule is our problem instead of yours.
Aisles here hold full production equipment, pack-assembly lines and cell-to-pack displays under professional lighting. Next to a working machine, a folding table and a banner stand read as an afterthought — and the engineers walking past draw exactly that conclusion about the company behind it. The booth doesn’t have to be the biggest on the floor; it has to look like it was engineered by people who take hardware seriously.
The expo floor opens the day after the conference workshops begin, which compresses move-in — and the advance-order deadlines for show services land in late summer, well before most exhibitors are thinking about the booth. The live dates and the advance-order deadline for the current edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and they update automatically each edition.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade-show invoices grow in predictable ways: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Detroit and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. If you’re reading this in mid-to-late August, the highlighted step below is the one you’re standing in: still workable, but the comfortable part of the timeline is behind you, and every week from here costs a design option or an advance rate.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
