30,000+ bitcoiners on one floor. Your booth has three seconds to earn a stop.
Fixed-price Bitcoin 2027 exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Music City Center has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Nashville price.
The Bitcoin Conference audience is fluent, fast-moving and hard to impress — founders, funds, miners and builders who have seen every neon logo wall in the industry. The work below is what we build for technology and security companies: custom structures designed around the demo and the conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations built for the one-to-one conversations crypto deals start as.
Radware
Hands-on stations in a four-sided island — the format security-minded audiences trust.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume technical traffic — a wallet-demo natural.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — live charts and price feeds at architectural scale.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — orange and black, incidentally on-palette.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — built for a multi-conference year.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — privacy for deal conversations.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a screening experience — stagecraft at conference scale.
The Bitcoin Conference fills Music City Center in downtown Nashville with an audience that behaves nothing like a typical B2B crowd — part industry summit, part retail fan event, all of it loud. The most expensive mistake here isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned for a conventional trade show dropped into a very unconventional one.
A modern downtown convention center means real dock schedules, marshalling-yard check-ins and tight urban freight windows — trucks don’t simply pull up on Demonbreun Street. We plan freight, target times and crew calls to the building’s actual move-in rhythm, and our install supervisor works to the dock schedule so your booth isn’t the one waiting on the yard.
Aisles carry everyone from first-time holders to fund managers, moving fast between stages and side events. Booths that win do two things at once: a message readable at a walking pace, and a defined space where a serious conversation can actually happen. We design for both — open demo front, protected meeting depth.
A mid-summer show means the paperwork season lands in spring: advance-order cutoffs arrive roughly eight weeks out, while Nashville’s busy summer event calendar squeezes hotels and labour. The exact advance-order deadline is in the facts strip at the top of this page — it updates automatically each edition. Plan to it, not to the show dates.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its contractors — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Conference invoices have a way of growing between the estimate and the show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Nashville and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Work backwards from there and the comfortable months for design decisions are the winter and early-spring ones, when every option is still open and nothing carries a floor-rate premium.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
