The largest composites event in North America. Weeks away, not months. Still doable — if you start now.
Fixed-price CAMX exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that stands up in Atlanta has already stood up once on our floor. Exhibit dates are in the facts strip below.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Atlanta price.
CAMX attendees are process engineers, materials scientists and manufacturing buyers — people who judge a booth the way they judge a layup: on execution. The work below is what we build for companies selling to technical audiences: structures designed around the demo, the sample wall and the machine on the floor, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model for a rotating show like CAMX.
IMAX
Large-format island engineered around a single immersive centrepiece.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — the backdrop a process animation deserves.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — built for hands-on technical traffic.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical Q&A — the CAMX conversation, staged.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — the sample-wall layout, upgraded.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — where spec-level deals start.
WillowTree
Enclosed rooms off an open front — private spec conversations beside public demos.
CAMX brings the composites and advanced-materials industry — ACMA and SAMPE audiences together — onto a single exhibit floor at the Georgia World Congress Center. It’s a technical crowd on a tight schedule, and this edition’s timeline is tighter still. Planning the booth without planning the venue is how budgets fall apart.
GWCC is a multi-building complex with its own freight rhythm: marshalling, dock target times and move-in slots are scheduled, not improvised. Freight that misses its window waits — and waiting on a show floor is billed. We plan the booth and its logistics as one job: crate specs, carrier, dock time and install crew mapped before anything ships.
CAMX attendees walk the floor to handle samples, watch processes run and interrogate the people who made them. Booths that win here are built around the part, the panel and the machine — display structure rated for real weight, power planned for live equipment, sightlines that make the demo visible from the aisle. We design for that, not for a furniture catalogue.
The show’s advance-order deadlines land well before move-in — the current dates and deadline are in the facts strip above, and they’re close. Every order filed after advance pricing closes is billed at floor rates. The honest answer: a from-scratch custom build is no longer the smart path. A pre-built booth customised to your brand is.
Booth space, electricity, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or its contractors — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order the moment you approve, so nothing that could still be an advance rate becomes a floor rate.
Short-lead projects are exactly where traditional exhibit invoices balloon: rush surcharges, labour overruns, revisions rebilled as change orders, freight “adjustments” nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually, whether you booked six months out or six weeks out. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price — no rush surcharge for a tight calendar.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render. On a short timeline, that check is the difference between confidence and hope.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range that surprises you after Atlanta.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — calculated, filed and tracked against every exhibitor-manual deadline. On a compressed calendar, a missed form costs more than a missed idea.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Atlanta and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. These structures already exist, which is precisely why a strong CAMX booth is still possible on this calendar. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The exhibit dates and the advance-order deadline are in the facts strip at the top of this page — and they are close. This is not the six-month version of the plan; it’s the version built on pre-built inventory, where design time compresses because the structure already exists and only your brand, graphics and demo layout are new. It works because nothing on this list is improvised — each step has been run this way across seventy-plus show pages’ worth of programmes.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. On a compressed timeline they matter twice as much, because they separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
