CattleCon Trade Show Booth Rentals

The people walking this floor run operations, not errands. Your booth has to talk like it works for a living.

Fixed-price CattleCon exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that meets thousands of cattle producers in Nashville has already stood up once, powered and checked, on our floor.

The kind of booth producers walk up to

CattleCon draws multi-generation ranch operations and the businesses that serve them — animal health, feed and nutrition, equipment, genetics, ag-tech and finance — onto one enormous floor that also hosts live demonstrations and a working stage. Producers are practical buyers: they want the product in reach, the claim in plain language, and someone who knows the answer standing there. The work below is what we build for consumer, retail and technology companies — product-forward structures with room for a real conversation, every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

This floor has livestock on it. Plan accordingly.

CattleCon fills the Music City Center’s contiguous downtown hall with acres of displays — and, uniquely, with live cattle-handling demonstrations, pens and heavy ranch equipment sharing the same docks and the same aisles as everyone’s exhibits. The trade show opens the same day as the convention’s opening general session, so day one starts at full volume. A booth planned without knowing how this particular floor moves in is the most expensive kind of surprise.

MCC — one hall, unusual freight

Livestock · ranch equipment · downtown docks

The Music City Center’s roughly 350,000 square foot contiguous hall takes everything through downtown docks on a marshalled schedule — and at CattleCon that schedule includes stock trailers, pen systems and full-size ag equipment. Windows fill early and the heaviest moves take priority. We book your freight slot ahead of that traffic and route your truck to the correct dock, so your exhibit isn’t queued behind a chute system.

Demonstrations pull the crowd

Live handling demos · stage sessions on the floor

The floor runs its own programming — live cattle-handling demonstrations and stage sessions that pull attendees in scheduled waves. Traffic past your booth surges and thins with that schedule, so the design has to land its message from the aisle in seconds and then hold a practical conversation: product in hand, working screens, a place to sit down and talk numbers. We design for the surge, not the average.

The February calendar

The holidays sit inside your timeline

An early-February show puts the advance-order deadlines at the start of December — which means the design has to be locked before Thanksgiving, because nothing gets approved between the holidays and the new year. A vendor still iterating in December isn’t late yet on paper, but every approval it needs is out of office. The real deadline is in November.

What we handle at MCC
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines planned for your actual placement on the contiguous floor
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, network and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Show-floor labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Downtown dock scheduling around the livestock and equipment moves, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, the venue or the show’s general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign

Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you approve in autumn should survive February

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between quote and show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, network, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from February

Your real deadline is before Thanksgiving

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For an early-February show that puts the binding constraint at the start of December, and in practice the approvals it depends on have to happen before Thanksgiving: no one is signing off renderings between the holidays and the new year.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your CattleCon booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in October costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Nashville. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Powered product displays, herd-management software on real screens and charging counters all need drops filed early — and with the show’s own demonstrations drawing serious infrastructure, floor-rate orders at CattleCon queue behind everything else. If a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 How do the holidays affect a February show? Ours: they compress it — the advance deadline lands at the start of December, so every design decision has to be made before Thanksgiving. Our timeline locks the booth in November and files the orders before the industry goes home for Christmas. Any vendor still designing in December is gambling with your show. Ask them directly.

Questions CattleCon exhibitors actually ask

CattleCon booth rental FAQs

How much does a CattleCon booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Nashville price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show, the venue and the show’s general contractor bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for CattleCon?
Lock your design before Thanksgiving. An early-February show puts the advance-order deadlines at the start of December, with the holidays sitting directly in the approval path — start the conversation in late summer for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s move-in like at the Music City Center?
MCC is a downtown building with marshalled dock schedules — and at CattleCon those docks also handle stock trailers, pen systems and full-size ranch equipment, so windows fill early and the heavy moves take priority. We book your freight window ahead of that traffic, route the truck to the correct dock, and put an install supervisor on site so your team never has to learn the venue’s logistics themselves.
My booth runs powered displays — product demos, herd-management software, video. Can you handle the power?
Yes. We engineer the structure around your demo load — mounting, cable routing, screen placement — then calculate the electrical orders your setup actually needs. Those services are billed to you directly by the show and venue, but we file the orders at advance rates and verify everything against the booth as built on our floor, so your demos are live when the doors open on day one — which at CattleCon is also opening-session day.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
The show’s general contractor governs who may build what on the CattleCon floor, and during a move-in shared with livestock and heavy equipment it isn’t worth your team’s show week. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a CattleCon booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a February show, calling before the holidays keeps that whole window at advance rather than floor rates.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, receptions, satellite activations?
Yes — hotel suites, customer dinners and satellite activations around downtown Nashville run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
