Your audience configures networks for a living. They can tell a real demo from a poster in three seconds.
Fixed-price Cisco Live exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets Mandalay Bay’s network engineers has already stood up once, on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Cisco Live’s crowd is the IT department itself — engineers, architects and the people who sign off on their tooling. They walk past logos and stop for working demos. The builds below are what we do for networking, security and enterprise-software companies: structures designed around the demo and the technical conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations — built for engineers who want to drive, not watch.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one technical conversation.
Appdome
Security demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show enterprise programme.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure, not an add-on to it.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms for partner conversations off an open demo front.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive screening experience.
This is a practitioner’s show: the people at your booth spend their days inside the networks your product touches, and they arrive with session schedules, certification plans and a short list of vendors to grill. A booth that wins here is engineered for the technical conversation — and for Mandalay Bay’s own logistics, which reward exhibitors who file early and punish the ones who don’t.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center sits at the south end of the Strip, attached to the resort — which means marshalling, dock targets and move-in windows are scheduled tightly and enforced. Freight that misses its window waits, at your expense. We book the windows, route the freight and put a supervisor on the dock so your booth’s arrival is a calendar entry, not a gamble.
Attendees move between sessions and labs in waves, so floor traffic comes in surges — and when a surge hits, the booths that convert are the ones where a working demo is visible from the aisle and a technical person can get hands-on in seconds. We design for that: demo stations facing traffic, power and screens planned from day one, storage and meeting space tucked behind.
The show runs in early June — exact dates are in the facts strip at the top of this page — which puts the advance-order deadlines in mid-spring, right when Q2 budgets and other spring shows are competing for your attention. The real deadline for a locked design is roughly eight weeks out. Miss the advance window and everything the venue bills you jumps to floor rates.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade-show invoices grow in the gaps: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Work backwards from show week and the comfortable-looking spring evaporates fast: design, hall approval, graphics production and the build itself all sit in front of that cutoff.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
