The buyers are fleet operators, not hobbyists. Your booth has three seconds to prove you belong.
Fixed-price Commercial UAV Expo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Caesars Forum has already stood up once. And with the show weeks away, that pre-built inventory is exactly why a late start is still a real option.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Commercial UAV Expo draws the people who actually sign purchase orders — fleet operators, surveyors, public-safety agencies, energy and infrastructure inspection teams. They evaluate your booth the way they evaluate your aircraft: build quality first. The work below is what we deliver for technology companies — custom structures designed around the demo, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Enterprise-grade island scaled across a multi-show programme.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive viewing experience — the format aerial footage deserves.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — flight footage and mapping data at architectural scale.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — the layout a flight-ops platform needs.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic — operators, integrators, agency buyers.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for buyers who want the controls in their hands.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one technical conversation UAV sales run on.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms — where enterprise drone contracts actually get discussed.
Commercial UAV Expo runs at Caesars Forum — a purpose-built conference venue, not a sprawling convention-center campus. With 230+ exhibitors and 3,300+ attendees sharing one concentrated floor, every serious buyer will physically pass your booth. The question isn’t whether they see you; it’s whether anything makes them stop.
A single-venue show is operationally simpler than a multi-hall campus — but the docks, move-in windows and freight rules are the venue’s, and they’re less forgiving of improvisation than a big convention center with slack in the schedule. We ship to the advance warehouse, book the dock target, and supervise the install so your move-in slot is a formality, not a gamble.
Live flight demos run in dedicated demo areas — netted cages and off-site outdoor flying — not at your booth. On the floor, your aircraft sits static. That means the booth itself has to carry the brand story: structure, lighting and screens doing the work the drone can’t do while it’s parked. The exhibitors who win here design for that; the ones who don’t bring a table and a tripod.
The advance-order window for show services closes well before move-in — check the facts strip at the top of this page for the current edition’s dates. If you’re reading this close to the show, that window is closing or already closed. That’s not fatal: it changes what the show bills you, not whether you can exhibit well. What matters now is a booth that doesn’t need eight weeks of fabrication — see the timeline below.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, venue or general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order the moment you sign, so nothing is left to floor-rate surprises that could have been avoided.
A compressed timeline is where exhibit-house invoices grow fastest: rush fees, labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually, with no rush surcharge for a late start. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — calculated up front and filed immediately, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought, and pre-built in our inventory, which is precisely what makes a booth deliverable on a short runway. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

Planned six months out, a show booth follows a leisurely arc — concepts in spring, approvals in summer, advance orders filed with weeks to spare. That arc is closed for this edition: the advance-order window is closing or already closed (the facts strip above carries the current dates). What remains is a compressed sequence that only works because the booth isn’t fabricated from scratch — it’s a pre-built structure from our inventory, re-skinned for your brand, checked and photographed before it ships. Here is that sequence, working backwards from show week.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. On a short runway they matter more, not less: this is exactly when estimates become opening positions. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
