ConExpo-Con/Agg Trade Show Booth Rentals

Your booth shares a floor with cranes and excavators. It still has to be the thing people remember.

Fixed-price ConExpo-Con/Agg exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at North America’s largest construction trade show has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

ConExpo isn’t a show floor. It’s a job site.

North America’s largest construction trade show fills the Las Vegas Convention Center and beyond — halls and lots where the exhibits next door weigh as much as buildings. Freight moves on a different scale here, move-in runs on a tighter choreography, and where your booth lands changes everything from your dock window to who ever walks past you. The most expensive ConExpo mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing its floor.

The LVCC, at full stretch

Halls, lots & long walks

ConExpo uses the Las Vegas Convention Center at a scale few shows attempt, and attendees plan their days by zone — if they’re not routed past you, they won’t wander past you. Sightlines, height and lighting have to work down enormous halls against machinery in motion. We design for your specific placement, not for a render on a white background.

Floor realities

Freight on a machinery scale

When the aisles are shared with equipment moving in by the truckload, dock targets, marshalling and move-in slots are unforgiving. A booth that arrives pre-built, checked and photographed installs inside its window; one that’s being figured out on the floor doesn’t. Everything we ship has already stood up once at our facility.

The once-in-a-cycle problem

No next-quarter do-over

ConExpo-Con/Agg doesn’t come around every season — the audience your team spends years waiting to see is on this floor, this week. That raises the cost of every shortcut. Dates for the current edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and the advance-order deadline shown there is the one that governs your budget.

What we handle at ConExpo
  • Placement-specific design — sightlines planned for your actual hall or lot
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present this year should survive to show week

A show this size is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from March 2029

Your real deadline is in mid-January

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a March show that puts the binding constraint in mid-January, with the December holidays sitting squarely inside the production weeks this timeline assumes. Everything upstream of that cutoff is where the money is saved.

SEP–OCT 2028Brief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.
NOVEMBER 2028Layout submitted for show approval — placement confirmed.
EARLY DEC 2028Graphics finalised and sent to production before the holidays slow everything down.
MID-JAN 2029Advance-order deadline, roughly eight weeks out. Electrical, rigging and material handling filed at advance rates. After this, everything is floor-rate money.
LATE JAN 2029Freight window and dock target time booked for your hall or lot.
FEBRUARY 2029Booth built, lit and photographed for your approval — then packed and shipped.
SHOW WEEKCrew installs in your move-in slot. You walk in at handover.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your ConExpo booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in December costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it crates. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. On a floor this size the advance-versus-floor spread is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens if move-in goes sideways in a hall full of machinery? Ours: very little — because the booth was assembled, checked and photographed before it shipped, and our install supervisor is on site with your project manager through move-in. Ask any vendor what they’ve already verified before the crate hits the dock.

Questions ConExpo exhibitors actually ask

ConExpo booth rental FAQs

How much does a ConExpo-Con/Agg booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and covering design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, installation and dismantle, and project management. Separately, the show bills every exhibitor directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit and file the orders at advance rates, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for ConExpo-Con/Agg?
Earlier than for almost any other show. The advance-order deadline lands roughly eight weeks out — mid-January for a March edition, with the December holidays sitting inside your production window. Start the conversation in the preceding summer or fall for full design freedom; the exact deadline for the current edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
How does a booth compete on a floor full of heavy equipment?
Not by imitating it. Machinery draws the crowd; your booth’s job is to convert it — height and lighting that read down a long hall, one message legible at a glance, a demo or meeting layout that turns a walk-by into a conversation. We design for your actual placement and the traffic pattern around it, not for a render on a white background.
I sell software or services, not equipment. Does ConExpo make sense at a smaller footprint?
Yes — construction tech, fleet management, safety and services brands do serious business here without an acre of floor. A 10×10 through 20×20 is still a custom build with your graphics, lighting and demo layout at a published fixed price, engineered for the thirty-second pitch to a contractor moving between equipment displays.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Show floors at the Las Vegas Convention Center run on contracted union labour, and show rules govern who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with show orders filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier. On a move-in as tightly choreographed as ConExpo’s, that’s the difference between installing and improvising.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a ConExpo booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier you call, the more of that window sits ahead of the advance-order deadline instead of behind it.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, dealer meetings, activations?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth. In Las Vegas during ConExpo week, that off-floor programme is often where the biggest deals get signed.
