The people walking this floor sign multi-site contracts. Your booth is the first proof you can deliver.
Fixed-price ConnexFM exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets facilities decision-makers at Gaylord National has already stood up once, on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its National Harbor price.
ConnexFM attendees run facilities programs across hundreds of sites — they evaluate vendors for a living, and they can read a booth the way they read a bid package. The work below is what we build for companies selling services, technology and equipment to exactly that audience: structures designed around the conversation you need to have, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a national multi-show program.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a walk-in demonstration.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED that reads from across the hall — a service story told at a glance.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with working demo stations — software proven live, not on a slide.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for a steady stream of technical evaluators.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for the buyer who wants to touch it.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversations — the meeting is the booth.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — built to close, not just to greet.
ConnexFM 2027 runs at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center on the Potomac — a resort property, not a standalone convention campus. Sessions, the expo hall and the attendees’ hotel rooms all sit under one roof, which is great for booth traffic and unforgiving for freight. The most expensive ConnexFM mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned as if this were an ordinary convention center.
A resort convention center runs its exhibit halls around a working hotel: loading docks are shared, move-in windows are scheduled tightly, and freight that misses its slot waits. We plan the delivery, dock target and install sequence to the venue’s actual schedule — and because the booth arrives pre-built and pre-tested, our crews need hours in the hall, not days.
This isn’t a mega-show where whole aisles go unwalked. With 180+ exhibitors and 2,200+ facilities professionals, nearly every attendee passes nearly every booth — which means you’re compared directly, side by side, against every competitor in your category. Design here is about being the booth a multi-site director remembers when the RFP goes out.
The 2027 venue is confirmed; the dates aren’t yet. That’s no reason to wait — every deadline in exhibiting is relative to the show week, so the plan can be built now and pinned to the calendar the day dates land. The facts strip at the top of this page pulls from our shows database and updates automatically the moment ConnexFM announces.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Facilities people know exactly how this movie usually ends: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for National Harbor and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

ConnexFM 2027 dates haven’t been announced yet — the facts strip at the top of this page pulls from our shows database and will show them the moment they land. But the plan doesn’t wait on the announcement, because every deadline that matters is relative to the show week. Here is the timeline we run for every ConnexFM exhibitor, counted backwards from move-in.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
