1,000+ beauty brands on one floor. Buyers judge yours at shelf distance.
Fixed-price Cosmoprof exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the finish a beauty buyer inspects from two feet away has already been inspected once — by you.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Cosmoprof is a retail show at heart — the people walking the aisles buy for store shelves, salon backbars and distributor catalogs, and they read a booth the way they read packaging: finish, lighting, detail. The work below is what we build when the brand has to survive that kind of inspection — retail-grade surfaces, product lit like a counter display, and every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Demo theatre engineered for high-volume aisle traffic.
Radware
Four-sided island with lit display stations on every face.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — the buyer-meeting rhythm.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — deals close in private.
The leading B2B beauty event in the Americas runs on Mandalay Bay’s exhibit halls, and the audience is unlike any tech or industrial show: retailers, distributors, salon chains and press who evaluate product presentation for a living. A booth that would pass at most shows reads as cheap here. Planning starts with the venue, the buyers and the calendar — in that order.
Mandalay Bay’s convention center sits inside a working resort at the south end of the Strip — dock schedules, freight windows and move-in targets are tightly managed, and marshalling runs on appointment. Miss your slot and your crates wait while your install hours burn. We book the freight window and dock target for your hall early, and plan the build sequence around them.
Beauty buyers inspect a booth the way they inspect packaging — seams, edges, paint, lighting temperature over product. Aisles are dense and decisions happen close-up, so the finish quality that photographs well from thirty feet isn’t enough. We build to retail-display standard and light product the way a counter display would, because at this show the booth is the shelf.
A July show means the advance-order window for show services closes in mid-May, and design has to be locked before that to file at advance rates. The exact deadline for the current edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically. Start conversations in winter and the whole timeline is comfortable; start in June and you’re paying floor rates.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow in predictable ways: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. For a beauty brand balancing a launch calendar against a marketing budget, that drift is poison. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff for show services lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Everything upstream of that date is design freedom; everything downstream is execution. Here’s the timeline working backwards from show week.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
