Every aisle is lined with beautiful surfaces. The booth around yours decides who stops.
Fixed-price Coverings exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so a structure built to carry tile and stone has already carried it once, on our floor instead of yours.

At Coverings the product does the talking — which means the booth’s real job is structural: walls that hold full-size tile and slab displays securely, lighting that shows material honestly, and layouts that walk a buyer from the aisle to a sample in hand. The work below spans industries, but the disciplines are the ones surfaces exhibitors need most — engineered structures, controlled lighting, and every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island rebuilt city to city — the discipline a rotating show like Coverings rewards.
IMAX
Island built around one hero experience — the same logic as a feature slab wall.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height vertical surfaces as the structure itself — engineered to carry serious weight.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft zoned for hands-on product interaction — sample walls work the same way.
Appdome
A presentation stage engineered for high-volume aisle traffic and live demonstration.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for product you touch.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for the one-to-one specification conversation.
WillowTree
Enclosed rooms off an open front — where distributor deals actually get signed.
Coverings is the preeminent North American ceramic tile and natural stone exhibition — and that makes it operationally unlike almost any other show. Exhibitors here ship stone. Slab displays, mosaic walls, crates of full-size samples, working water features. Material handling is priced by weight, floors have load limits, and the venue is enormous. The most expensive Coverings mistake isn’t a bad design; it’s a beautiful booth planned by someone who never asked what it weighs.
The OCCC is one of the largest convention campuses in the country, and the pull from dock to booth can be one of the longest your freight will ever make. Drayage is billed by weight — and surfaces exhibitors ship the heaviest crates on the floor. We calculate that cost for your exact booth before you commit, route freight to the advance warehouse, and book dock targets so your crates aren’t the ones waiting in the marshalling yard.
Full-height slab displays and working water features are normal at Coverings — which means booth engineering matters more here than at almost any show. Vertical displays need secure mounting and honest load calculations; water features need plumbing coordinated with the venue. We engineer for the material first, then design around it — and prove the structure standing at our facility before it ships.
An April show means advance-order deadlines land in mid-February — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically each edition. Heavy freight punishes lateness twice: floor-rate drayage on the heaviest crates at the show, and premium shipping to get them there. The timeline below works backwards from show week so neither happens.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. At Coverings the one that bites is drayage, because it’s priced by weight and your product is stone. What we do is calculate every one of these for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Heavy-material shows are where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, “unexpected” weight surcharges, revisions rebilled as change orders, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render. Mounting points and load paths are tested on our floor, not discovered on yours.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth — including what your material actually weighs — before you commit. The total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For Coverings the binding constraint is weight: stone crosses the country slowly and expensively, and every week you slip pushes your heaviest freight toward premium shipping and floor-rate handling.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
