DevLearn Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every buyer on this floor evaluates learning technology for a living. Your booth is the demo.

Fixed-price DevLearn exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth your demo depends on has already stood up once before it stands up at the MGM Grand.

The kind of booth a learning-tech buyer stops for

DevLearn’s expo hall is full of platforms that look identical on a website — LMS, LXP, authoring, coaching, analytics. The booths that win are the ones engineered around the product demo: seats, screens and stations where an L&D director can actually use the tool. The work below is what we build for software and technology companies, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

DevLearn is a conference first. Plan the booth for that.

DevLearn’s expo hall sits inside the MGM Grand Conference Center, one building with the sessions that bring its 4,000-plus attendees to Las Vegas. Traffic doesn’t flow evenly all day — it surges in the breaks between sessions and during expo-focused hours. A booth that can’t run a compelling demo in that window is furniture.

MGM Grand Conference Center

One venue · hotel-integrated

The conference center is part of the MGM Grand complex, with its own dock schedule, freight rules and union labour requirements — different logistics from the big convention-center campuses, but every bit as unforgiving on timing. We plan freight windows, dock targets and install labour to this building’s rhythm, and your attendees, sessions and booth are all under one roof.

A floor that demands demos

Buyers come to touch the product

DevLearn attendees are practitioners — instructional designers, L&D managers, training-technology leads. They don’t want a pitch; they want the keyboard. Demo stations are the whole game: enough of them, positioned so a walker can step in without committing, with power, screens and sightlines planned from the first rendering, not bolted on at the end.

The Q4 calendar problem

Fall show season is crowded

DevLearn lands in the busiest stretch of the exhibit calendar, when production floors and freight lanes across the industry are at capacity. The advance-order cutoff arrives in early fall — the exact deadline is in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss it and every show service you order is billed at floor rates instead.

What we handle at DevLearn
  • Venue-specific design — sightlines and traffic planned for the actual hall
  • Demo-station layout: power, screens and seating placed for the session-break surge
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning & vacuuming · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in June should survive November

Fall shows are where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from November

Your real deadline is in early September

The advance-order cutoff lands well before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Work backwards from show week and the comfortable months disappear fast: DevLearn sits at the peak of fall show season, when every production floor and freight lane in the industry is already spoken for.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your DevLearn booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better demo-station idea in August costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off weeks before move-in. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. The advance-versus-floor spread on electrical, drayage and rigging is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens to my booth when fall show season jams your production floor? Ours: nothing — because your booth is built and photo-approved by mid-October, before the crunch peaks. Any vendor still fabricating during move-in week is gambling with your show. Ask them directly.

Questions DevLearn exhibitors actually ask

DevLearn booth rental FAQs

How much does a DevLearn booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, installation, dismantle and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit and file the orders at advance rates, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for DevLearn?
Lock your design by early September. DevLearn sits at the peak of fall trade show season, when production floors and freight lanes across the industry run at capacity — and the advance-order cutoff for show services lands well before the show opens. Start the conversation in late spring for full design freedom; the exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s different about exhibiting at the MGM Grand Conference Center?
It’s a hotel-integrated conference center rather than a sprawling convention campus — one building holding the sessions, the expo hall and most of your attendees’ hotel rooms. That’s good for traffic, but the venue has its own dock schedule, freight rules and union labour requirements. We plan your freight window, dock target time and install crew to this building’s specific rhythm, not a generic Las Vegas playbook.
How do I design a booth for hands-on product demos?
Start with the demo count, not the footprint. DevLearn buyers want the keyboard — so we plan the number of stations, their spacing, seating, screen heights and power distribution from the first rendering. Stations sit on the aisle edge so a walker can step in without committing, with a deeper zone behind for the longer conversation. Power and internet are billed to you directly by the show and venue; we calculate the load your demos need and file those orders at advance rates.
We’re a smaller learning-tech company. Is a 10×10 or 10×20 worth doing?
Yes — smaller footprints are still custom builds with your graphics, lighting and demo layout, at a published fixed price. On a floor this focused, a sharp 10×20 with two working demo stations outperforms a bigger booth with none. And because the design files and structure carry forward, this year’s inline booth becomes the starting point for a larger footprint next edition.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas show floors run on contracted union labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with show-service orders filed at advance rather than floor rates.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver a DevLearn booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier in the fall you call, the more of that window sits outside the season’s peak crunch.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, meetings, activations?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth. At a hotel-integrated venue like the MGM Grand, a suite two elevators from the expo hall is an easy add to the programme.
