PROJECT OVERVIEW
THE CHALLENGE
Genea came to ISC West 2025 with an ambitious vision that presented a unique design challenge: demonstrate their entire cloud-based access control ecosystem—featuring 12+ product integrations—in a way that felt intuitive, not overwhelming. How do you showcase mobile credentialing, visitor management, elevator access, door controllers, video integrations, and identity management systems without creating visual chaos?
The booth needed to be both a showroom and a working demonstration. We had to integrate a live elevator panel showing real-time access control. Create distinct zones for each product line without fragmenting the experience. Prove that cloud-based security is simpler than traditional systems while demonstrating sophisticated capabilities. And most critically, make complex integrations feel effortless—because that's Genea's promise: enterprise-grade security without enterprise-level complexity.

THE CREATIVE JOURNEY
We designed a modern, open floor plan using Genea's signature blue palette with clean white surfaces and strategic lighting. The aesthetic immediately communicated "cloud-based simplicity"—a stark contrast to the industrial complexity of traditional access control systems displayed by competitors.
The centerpiece: a fully functional elevator panel demonstrating Genea's access control in action. Visitors used their mobile devices to call the elevator, experiencing firsthand how cloud-based credentialing works seamlessly with physical infrastructure. This wasn't a simulation—it was real technology, working live.
We created distinct demonstration areas for each major product: mobile credentialing stations, visitor management kiosks, video integration displays, and identity management consoles. Each zone told its own story while contributing to the larger narrative of comprehensive cloud security.
Large displays showcased Genea's "single pane of glass" dashboard managing multiple facilities, demonstrating integrations with Microsoft Teams, Okta, Slack, and video management systems. The visuals made complex API integrations instantly understandable to facility managers and IT directors.
