1,100+ exhibitors are courting the same buyers. Your booth decides whether they stop or keep walking.
Fixed-price Global Pet Expo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up on the pet industry’s biggest buying floor has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Orlando price.
Global Pet Expo is a working buyers’ show — retailers, distributors and independent pet stores walk the aisles with open-to-buy budgets and a schedule to keep. The booths below show how we build for brands whose product has to be seen, handled and ordered on the spot: structures designed around the merchandising and the meeting, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
A modular island that scales across a full show programme — the model for a brand exhibiting at Global Pet Expo and the regional shows in the same year.
IMAX
A large-format island built around one immersive experience — the same approach that makes a flagship pet brand unmissable from three aisles away.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — a stage for lifestyle and product video that stops buyers mid-aisle.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft with distinct zones — the layout logic a multi-line pet brand needs to present each category without the booth turning into a warehouse.
Appdome
A demo theatre built for high-volume traffic — the pattern for live product demos and treat-sampling stations that draw a crowd without blocking the aisle.
Radware
A four-sided 20×20 that works from every aisle — the footprint where most growing consumer brands get the best return.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — exactly how line reviews with retail buyers actually happen.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — private space to talk programs and pricing while the product wall keeps selling.
Global Pet Expo fills the Orange County Convention Center — one of the largest convention venues in the country — with more than a thousand exhibiting companies and buyers who have limited time to cover all of it. The most expensive mistake at this show isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without understanding the building it stands in, the buyers it has to stop, or the calendar it has to survive.
Long dock-to-booth runs, tight move-in windows and material handling charges that scale with every pound you ship. Freight strategy matters here as much as design: how the booth crates, how it routes to the dock, and whether every order was filed at advance rates. We plan all of that before the booth is even fabricated.
With 1,100+ exhibitors competing for the same order books, buyers triage by sightline. The winning booth reads in one glance — brand, category, why-you — then converts the stop with product they can touch and a place to sit and talk terms. We design for shelf-back merchandising and the buyer meeting, not just the beauty shot.
A March show means design and graphics approvals land across the December holidays, and the advance-order window closes in mid-to-late January — the exact deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss the advance window and you pay floor rates for everything the show bills you.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow in the gaps: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands weeks before the show opens — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a March show that window closes in mid-to-late January, which means the December holidays sit squarely inside your production timeline. Here’s the schedule that keeps every order at advance rates and every surprise off your invoice.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
