Every buyer on the floor sells freshness. Your booth has to look fresher.
Fixed-price exhibits for IFPA’s Global Produce & Floral Show — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets retail buyers in Orlando has already stood up once on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Orlando price.
The Global Produce & Floral Show floor is a working market — growers, shippers, retailers and foodservice buyers moving fast between category meetings, with product on display in every direction. The work below shows what we build when a booth has to do real commercial work: sampling counters that keep a line moving, private meeting rooms where programmes get signed, and structures tall enough to be found from three aisles away. Every project moves through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
A modular island that travels show to show — the model for a programme that changes cities every year.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive experience — the scale category leaders bring to a national buyer show.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself — how seasonal produce and floral campaigns rotate without a reprint.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island zoned for demos and conversation — the same planning a sampling-and-meetings booth needs.
Appdome
A demo theatre engineered for high-volume traffic — built to keep a tasting or presentation line moving.
Radware
Hands-on stations in a four-sided island — a footprint that works hard when buyers approach from every aisle.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — the layout category managers actually buy in.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — where retail programme conversations happen away from the aisle.
This is not an ordinary exhibit hall. Half the booths around you will be displaying perishable product — which means refrigeration, ice, water lines and daily restocking are part of the floor’s rhythm, and the Orange County Convention Center is one of the largest venues in the country. The most expensive mistake at this show isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing how the building and the show services actually work.
The OCCC is one of the largest convention centers in North America, and a national buyer show uses serious hall footage. Long freight runs, scheduled dock targets and marshalling-yard check-ins are the norm — a truck that misses its window waits. We plan freight and install around the venue’s actual move-in process, and sightlines around the hall you’re actually in, not a render on a white background.
If you’re showing fresh produce or floral, your booth needs cold storage, chilled display capacity or water access — and those are venue and show services that every exhibitor orders and pays for directly, alongside the electrical to run them. What we do is design the booth around your refrigerated cases and restock flow, calculate those service costs for your exact layout up front, and make sure the orders are filed at advance rates with the power in the right place.
The show changes cities every year — Orlando this edition, Atlanta and Anaheim in the editions after — so a booth designed as a one-off gets redesigned annually. Ours are engineered to travel with the show. And the advance-order window for services lands well before show week: the exact deadline is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet and perishable services like refrigeration and water are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and the venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Produce and floral margins are thin, and exhibit-house invoices have a way of growing between the estimate and the show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage, rigging and perishable services calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Orlando and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff for show services lands roughly eight weeks before the floor opens — for this edition that means late summer, and the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, updating automatically each edition. Honestly: if you’re reading this in the weeks before that cutoff, you haven’t missed anything — but the gap between advance and floor rates is real money, and it closes fast. Here’s the timeline we run.
Starting later than this? It’s not too late — complete pre-built, photo-verified booths ship in four to six weeks at the same fixed price. The earlier steps compress; the advance-rate filings are what we fight hardest to protect.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
