Two days on the floor. Every buyer conversation has to close something.
Fixed-price exhibits for the Hardlines Supplier Event โ design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth your buyers walk into has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below โ every one shows its Las Vegas price.
At a sourcing show, your booth is a working showroom: product walls a buyer can touch, a counter where line sheets come out, and a place to sit down when the conversation turns to programs and pricing. The work below shows the range we build โ custom structures designed around what has to happen inside them, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme โ the model for a brand that exhibits at several hardlines shows a year.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a single immersive experience โ the scale a flagship product line deserves.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure itself โ visible from across the hall, the way a category wall should be.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones โ the layout logic of a product-demonstration floor.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic โ show the product working, in a steady rotation.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island โ the footprint most hardlines suppliers actually book.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation โ the geometry of a buyer meeting, not a crowd.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front โ where private-label programs get negotiated.
The Hardlines Supplier Event is RX’s evolution of the National Hardware Show โ rebuilt as a focused supplier-sourcing show where retailers and distributors come to source directly from manufacturers, OEM/ODM and private-label partners. That format changes how a booth has to work: less spectacle, more showroom. The dates, venue and advance-order deadline are in the facts strip at the top of this page, straight from our shows database.
The West Hall runs its own move-in rhythm โ its own dock structure, marshalling and freight windows, separate from the rest of the LVCC campus. Your dock target time, drayage and electrical orders are all hall-specific, and the advance-versus-floor rate spread on those orders is real money. We plan freight and labour to the West Hall’s schedule, not to the show’s mailing address.
A compact sourcing show has no slow morning. Buyers arrive with category lists and appointments, and a booth that takes half a day to find its rhythm has spent a quarter of the show warming up. The design answer: one message readable from the aisle, product a buyer can reach in the first ten seconds, and a seat for the conversation that follows. We build for that rhythm from the first rendering.
A March show sounds far away until you work backwards: advance-order deadlines land in mid-January, which means graphics and approvals have to clear production in December โ when everything runs half-speed. The real deadline for a locked design is the start of January. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show, venue or its contractor โ no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A two-day show makes surprise invoices sting twice as hard: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged โ all amortised over sixteen floor hours. Our model is the opposite โ the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build โ not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit โ so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows โ filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand โ rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show โ the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a March show the binding constraint arrives even earlier: the production weeks this timeline assumes have the December holidays sitting in the middle of them.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing โ including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
