HLTH Trade Show Booth Rentals

Health system execs, payers and investors read your booth before they read your deck.

Fixed-price HLTH exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that greets healthcare’s most design-literate audience has already stood up once.

Built for digital-health and technology brands

The kind of booth HLTH is judged by

HLTH is the rare trade show where the floor itself is part of the pitch — a design-forward room full of buyers who notice build quality the way they notice a weak slide. We’ve built for digital-health brands at HLTH, and the work below is what we build for technology companies generally: custom structures designed around the demo and the meeting, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

One building, one floor — and everyone can see everyone.

HLTH runs at the Venetian Expo, a single venue attached to the Venetian resort — no campus sprawl, no shuttle between halls. That concentrates everything: the audience, the sightlines and the comparison. On a floor this contained, the gap between a polished build and a tired one is visible from three aisles away, and the buyers HLTH attracts are exactly the people who notice.

The Venetian Expo advantage

Attached to the hotel · own docks

The expo hall connects directly to the Venetian resort, so attendees walk from their rooms to your booth without ever crossing the Strip — traffic stays on the floor instead of leaking to off-site meetings. For logistics it means one building with its own loading docks and no long freight runs between venues: your booth, your crew and your dock target all operate under one roof and one schedule.

A design-forward floor

Brand presence is the entry fee

HLTH built its reputation partly on how the show itself looks, and exhibitors are expected to keep pace. The floor rewards three things: a brand presence that reads as established, demo stations where a digital product can actually be used, and semi-private space for the investor and partnership conversations this show exists to create. A booth that delivers all three is working; a booth that delivers none is scenery.

The fall calendar problem

Q4 is peak season everywhere

A November show means your advance-order deadlines land in September, in the middle of the busiest stretch of the trade show year — when freight carriers, labour crews and every exhibit house in the country are already committed. The exhibitors who lock design by early fall get advance rates and first-choice freight windows. The ones who don’t pay floor rates for the privilege of waiting.

What we handle at the Venetian Expo
  • Floor-specific design — sightlines planned for your actual placement
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling orders filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and its general contractor — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in June should survive November

Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between the estimate and the show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. For a healthcare company answering to a board or a burn rate, that’s not an annoyance — it’s a credibility problem. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from November

Your real deadline is in September

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For HLTH that puts the binding constraint in early fall, right when the Q4 show season has every freight carrier and labour crew in the country already booked.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your HLTH booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in August costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off weeks before move-in. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. The advance-versus-floor spread is real money on any Las Vegas floor — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Who is actually on site at the Venetian Expo during my move-in? Ours: your project manager and our install supervisor, through move-in and reachable across show days. A booth that was assembled once already goes up without drama — but someone is standing there either way. Ask every vendor for the name.

Questions HLTH exhibitors actually ask

HLTH booth rental FAQs

How much does an HLTH booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show bills you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for HLTH?
Lock your design by mid-September. HLTH sits at the heart of the fall show season, so freight carriers, labour crews and advance-order windows fill early — start the conversation in spring for full design freedom. The exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What’s move-in like at the Venetian Expo?
Simpler than most Las Vegas venues, if it’s planned. The Venetian Expo is one building with its own loading docks, attached directly to the Venetian resort — no cross-Strip freight runs, no shuttle between halls. Move-in runs on targeted dock times managed by the show’s general contractor; we book your window, route the freight and supervise the crew, so your part of move-in is walking in at handover.
Our product is software. Can you handle power and internet for live demo stations?
Yes — with one honest caveat. Electrical drops and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue; no exhibit house can include them and none should claim to. What we do is design the booth so power lands exactly where your demo stations sit, calculate those charges for your layout before you commit, and file the orders at advance rates. The demo hardware itself — screens, mounts, counters, cable management — is inside our fixed price.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused? HLTH is a design-conscious crowd.
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render. On a floor as design-literate as HLTH’s, that photo approval is the difference between hoping and knowing.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Las Vegas show floors run on contracted union labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an HLTH booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The one thing we can’t recover is the advance-order rates the show has already closed, so the sooner you call, the less the show itself charges you.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, dinners, investor meetings?
Yes — and at HLTH they matter more than most shows, because so much of the real dealmaking happens off the floor. Hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
