IACP Trade Show Booth Rentals

The chiefs walking this floor sign off on budgets for entire agencies. Your booth gets one pass.

Fixed-price exhibits for the IACP Annual Conference and Exposition — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at the largest law enforcement event of the year has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

You’re not competing with banners. You’re competing with vehicles.

The IACP expo floor is unlike a software conference: full-size patrol vehicles, drones, armoured units and live tactical demonstrations share the hall with technology booths. A pop-up display that holds its own at a regional IT show simply vanishes next to a lit vehicle exhibit. Presence — height, lighting, a working demo — isn’t vanity at IACP; it’s the price of being seen at all.

Orange County Convention Center

Orlando’s giant, and it runs on its own clock

The OCCC is one of the largest convention campuses in the country, and its scale cuts both ways: long freight lanes, strict dock scheduling and real distances between the marshalling yard and your space. Freight windows, target times and labour calls all have to be booked against the venue’s rhythm, not your calendar. We plan the booth for the hall it will actually stand in and file the logistics to the OCCC’s schedule.

The show floor is a spectacle

Vehicles, drones & tactical demos

Where else does a software booth sit across an aisle from an armoured vehicle? Attention at IACP goes to whatever reads as serious hardware. For technology exhibitors the answer isn’t to shout louder — it’s structure: full-height fabrication, engineered lighting and a demo that puts a working product in a chief’s hands within thirty seconds of them stepping in.

The calendar moves — literally

A rotating host city every year

IACP changes cities each edition — Denver one year, Orlando the next, Philadelphia after that. That rotation punishes exhibitors who buy a booth and warehouse it, and rewards a rental model: we fabricate for your brand each year, ship to whichever city is next, and your design files carry forward. The current edition’s dates and deadline are in the facts strip at the top of this page.

What we handle at IACP
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines planned against vehicle exhibits, not empty aisles
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling orders calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight — to next year’s city if you want
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in spring should survive October

Public-safety marketing budgets are scrutinised like agency budgets — a surprise invoice after the show is a conversation nobody wants to have. Yet trade show invoices are where numbers go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from late October

Your real deadline is in early September

The advance-order cutoff lands weeks before the show opens — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Everything the show and venue bill directly — electrical, rigging, material handling — costs meaningfully more once the advance window closes, which is why the highlighted step below is the one that actually protects your budget.

MAY–JUNBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.

AUGUSTGraphics finalised and sent to production.
EARLY SEPTDesign locked. Advance electrical, rigging and material-handling orders filed — see the facts strip for this edition’s exact cutoff.

Take this to every vendor

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your IACP booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in August costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it leaves for Orlando. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. The advance-versus-floor spread on electrical, rigging and material handling is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens to my booth when the show changes cities next year? Ours: nothing painful — because it’s a rental, there’s nothing to warehouse. Your design files, graphics templates and layout carry forward, and we build and ship to whichever city IACP names next. Ask any vendor selling you a purchased booth how it gets to Philadelphia.

Questions IACP exhibitors actually ask

IACP booth rental FAQs

How much does an IACP booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Orlando price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for IACP?
Work backwards from the advance-order cutoff, which lands weeks before the show — the exact date for the current edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically. Practically, that means a locked design by early September for an October show. Start the conversation in late spring for full design freedom; even our four-to-six-week rescue timeline works, but earlier means every show order files at advance rather than floor rates.
Doesn’t IACP change cities every year? Where is it next?
Yes — the conference rotates host cities each edition: Denver in 2025, Orlando in 2026, Philadelphia in 2027. That’s exactly why a rental programme beats owning a booth for this show. There’s nothing to warehouse or truck across the country between editions; your design files, graphics and layout carry forward, and we fabricate and ship to whichever city hosts next. This page follows the show, not the city — the facts strip above always reflects the current edition.
Can my booth accommodate a vehicle, drone cage or live demo?
Yes, subject to the show’s display rules for your space — vehicle display, height limits and demo regulations vary by booth type and are spelled out in the exhibitor manual, which we manage for you. Structurally we design for it from the start: reinforced flooring considerations, sightlines around the vehicle rather than blocked by it, power planned for the demo. Tell us what you’re bringing and the layout is engineered around it.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Show and venue rules govern who may build what on the floor, and most structural work runs on contracted labour. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with every related order filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an IACP booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. Check the facts strip above for how far out the current edition is, then call: the earlier the window opens, the more of your show orders land at advance rates.
We also run training demos and hospitality events around the conference. Can you handle those?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces, training-demo setups and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
