The deals happen at the booth. Yours should be built for the meeting, not just the aisle.
Fixed-price ICSC exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth your leasing team walks into on day one has already stood up once, on our floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
ICSC is the largest gathering of the commercial real estate and retail industry in the country, and its floor works differently: your booth is less a billboard than an office. Developers, retailers and brokers arrive with meeting schedules, and the booths that win are the ones engineered for conversation — semi-private rooms, real tables, hospitality, and a front that tells a landlord or a tenant exactly who you are at a glance. The work below shows the structures we custom-fabricate as rentals: every project moves through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island built to host a full meeting schedule across a multi-show programme.
IMAX
Large-format island with a presentation space that doubles as a pitch theatre.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED presence — the kind of frontage that anchors a portfolio story.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island zoned into open reception and working meeting areas.
Appdome
Theatre-style space built for back-to-back scheduled sessions and walk-ups.
Radware
Four-sided 20×20 island that stays open on every aisle — no dead frontage.
SpyCloud
Stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — the ICSC rhythm exactly.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms off an open front, the classic dealmaker plan.
Formerly RECon, ICSC’s Las Vegas gathering has been the deal floor of retail real estate for decades — the largest commercial real estate and retail industry event in the U.S. Attendees don’t wander; they work a schedule of leasing meetings, site pitches and portfolio reviews. That changes what a booth has to be, and it changes what the operational plan behind it has to be.
The LVCC is a serious freight environment: marshalling yards, dock target times, union labour and long hauls from dock to booth space. None of that is your problem to learn — we’ve built on this floor for years and plan freight, labour and move-in to the venue’s actual rhythm, with every order filed ahead of the advance-rate deadlines rather than at floor rates.
At ICSC the booth is your Las Vegas office. Leasing teams need semi-private rooms where a term sheet can actually be discussed, an open front that reads your portfolio at a glance, and hospitality that keeps a meeting going past its slot. We design the layout around your meeting schedule first — walk-up traffic is planned around it, not the other way round.
A May show feels far away until you map it backwards: advance-order cutoffs for show services land in late March, and a locked design has to precede them. The exact dates for the next edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page and update automatically. Miss the advance window and everything — power, rigging, material handling — bills at floor rates.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Nobody understands a cost that moves after signature better than a real estate professional. Exhibit-house invoices are where budgets go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff for show services lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Everything upstream of that cutoff has to be finished first: a locked design, approved graphics, calculated power and rigging orders. Here’s the calendar we actually run for ICSC exhibitors, backwards from show week.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
