1,700+ exhibitors, four buildings of running machinery. Your booth has three seconds.
Fixed-price IMTS exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up on the largest manufacturing floor in the Western Hemisphere has already stood up once. The show is weeks away — the dates are in the strip below — and pre-built inventory is how late entries still arrive on time.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Chicago price.
IMTS attendees are engineers, plant managers and buyers who walk past million-dollar machine tools all day — a booth that’s just walls and a logo doesn’t register. The work below is what we build for companies whose product has to be demonstrated, not described: structures designed around the demo, the meeting and the sightline, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the logic a biennial cycle like IMTS rewards.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a live experience — the scale big-hall sightlines demand.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — visible over rows of machinery, not lost behind them.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — built for technical walk-throughs.
Appdome
Demo theatre engineered for high-volume technical traffic — the IMTS aisle rhythm.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — engineers stop for things they can touch.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — where specs get discussed.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — built for long technical conversations.
IMTS fills all four McCormick Place buildings — and where your booth lands changes your dock, your freight window, your rigging plan and which of the 89,000+ attendees ever walk past you. The most expensive IMTS mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed without knowing its building.
IMTS spreads across McCormick Place’s North, South, East and West buildings, each with its own docks, marshalling and move-in rhythm. The largest convention center in North America runs on strict targeted freight windows — miss yours and your crate waits while your install crew doesn’t. We plan freight and labour to your building’s schedule, not the show’s mailing address.
This floor is unlike any other: multi-story machine tools, live cutting demos, robotics cells in motion. Against that, a booth wins on clarity — one message readable over the machinery, lighting that carries down a long hall, and a layout that gives an engineer a reason to step out of the aisle. We design for that competition, not for a render on a white background.
IMTS runs every two years. Miss this edition — or show up with a booth that underperforms — and the next chance is two years away. That cadence changes the math: the cost of a forgettable booth is two years of pipeline, and the value of a structure whose design files carry forward to the next edition is doubled. Rent the booth; keep the design equity.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order the moment you approve — at advance rates where those windows are still open, and at the published standard rate, priced honestly up front, where they’ve closed.
A compressed timeline is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: rush fees, labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually, with no rush surcharge for a short runway. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed the day you approve, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Chicago and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. These structures already exist in our inventory, which is exactly why a late start still works: fabrication time goes into your graphics and layout, not into building walls from scratch. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The comfortable six-month runway is gone — the show dates are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and some advance-order windows for services the show bills directly are closing or already closed. What’s left is the late-entry path we run several times a season: a pre-built structure from inventory, custom graphics and layout for your brand, and every remaining order filed the day you approve. Honest constraint, honest plan — here’s the week-by-week.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
