Built for the most connected floor in America. Priced like a contract.
Custom exhibits for the Indiana Convention Center on one fixed, contractual number — design through dismantle, signed before we start and unchanged when it ends. The venue’s own charges get estimated against your booth before you commit, so the total isn’t a discovery.
Filters the booths below — each shows its Indianapolis price.
Everything below came out of our own shop — designed, fabricated, printed and wired by one team, then stood up complete and photographed for approval before it travelled. What reaches your Indianapolis dock is a checked build, ready for the fast installs this city’s compressed show weeks demand.

Indianapolis keeps beating bigger cities for major events — Gen Con, FDIC International, the National FFA Convention, Super Bowls — because its convention infrastructure is genuinely elite: a compact downtown, a huge single-level floor, and more skywalk-connected hotel rooms than anywhere in the country. The consequence for exhibitors: these floors are full of practiced, returning exhibitors who know the building. Showing up with a booth that looks improvised is showing up under-dressed.
Ours don’t. Custom 3D design around your brand, fabrication in our own shop, the complete booth standing for photo approval before it ships — and one fixed contractual number that lets you commit to the calendar without underwriting its surprises.
A 3D concept built for your brand and footprint — unlimited revision rounds inside the fixed price, so the design conversation ends when you’re satisfied.
Design, fabrication, print and wiring in our own shop — no brokered subcontracts adding margin and drift. The people who drew your booth build it.
The complete booth stands in our shop and you approve photographs of it before anything travels — a checked build, not a hopeful one.
Design through dismantle in a single contractual figure, with the venue’s own charges forecast beside it before you sign.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the booth. We estimate each line against your actual booth before you commit, then file inside the advance-rate window.
Run the numbers on most exhibit projects after the show and the same delta appears: final spend versus approved quote, up a quarter or more. The venue didn’t cause it — venue charges are tariffed and predictable. The exhibit house did, in hourly labour that “ran over,” design help re-billed as change orders, and reprints priced like emergencies. One 20×20 island in Indianapolis, both ways:
On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s charges, tariffed and identical whoever builds for you. A vendor who “includes” them has buried them. We forecast each line for your booth up front and place the orders before the advance-rate window closes.
We quote higher and cost less. Audit us on it — the final invoice matching the quote is the deliverable.

The ICC runs 566,600 contiguous square feet across eleven halls on a single level — with a tunnel to Lucas Oil Stadium adding another 183,000 when the big events need it, and a sixth expansion under construction. But the number that defines exhibiting here is twelve: the hotels connected to the building by enclosed, climate-controlled skywalks — more than any convention center in the United States.
One level means simple freight and simple wayfinding — halls open into each other for the big shows, and select areas carry floor loads to 500 pounds per square foot, so heavy equipment exhibits sit where they need to.
Attendees walk from bed to booth without seeing weather — which keeps show-floor traffic full and consistent even through an Indiana January. Your staff’s commute is an elevator and a corridor.
Forty-nine docks and seven drive-in ramps make this one of the easier big buildings in the country to load — and compressed move-ins between back-to-back citywide events are exactly where a pre-built booth’s fast install earns its keep.
The Center’s sixth expansion — roughly 143,500 additional square feet including a new signature ballroom, with a connected headquarters hotel — is in progress, which means construction logistics can touch freight routes and hall availability while it completes. One more reason we confirm the hall and the dock plan before your booth is designed, not after.
Indianapolis’s marquee events are citywides: Gen Con brings tens of thousands of gamers downtown for four packed days, FDIC fills the campus with the fire service, FFA brings the largest student convention in the country. Floors like these move crowds in volume, and a booth designed for polite trickle traffic clogs, frustrates and under-converts when the aisle is a river.
So the design brief changes: entrances that admit from multiple directions, demo and interaction stations positioned so queues form inside your space instead of blocking the aisle, staff sightlines across the whole footprint, and durable finishes engineered for four days of heavy handling — verified, like everything else, when the complete booth stands in our shop before it ships.
Open entries, internal queue space and clear staff sightlines — the booth processes a crowd instead of being defeated by one.
Consumer-scale crowds handle everything. Finishes, fixtures and interactive stations get specified for durability, with spares travelling in the truck.
Citywide weeks compress move-in and move-out. A pre-built, photo-verified booth assembles quickly because every part already fit once — which is exactly what a tight window rewards.
Exhibiting across the Midwest? Chicago, Detroit and Columbus run on the same published fixed model — one booth design, one project manager, every city’s price known before your year starts.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
Indy’s fixed points, with the planning runway each realistically needs. Around these, the ICC carries a dense calendar of national association meetings, sports events and consumer shows — name yours and we’ll pull its manual before we quote.
| Show | Typical month | Venue | Start planning |
|---|---|---|---|
| FDIC International (fire service) | April · verify | Indiana Convention Center | 5 months |
| Gen Con | Late July – Aug | Indiana Convention Center | 5 months |
| PRI Show (performance racing) | December · verify | Indiana Convention Center | 4 months |
The citywides get five months, not four — throughput builds carry durability engineering that display booths don’t, hotel blocks vanish early even with 4,700 skywalk rooms, and expansion construction makes early freight planning worth real money while it lasts.
Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. Everything else in the plan exists to arrive at that gate comfortably.
Late vendor collapse, a show slot that opened up, a budget approved behind schedule — with design, fabrication and print in one building, an Indianapolis booth can go approval-to-floor in about four weeks. Same quality gate (built and photographed before shipping), same printed price. Compressed timelines are our scheduling problem, not your surcharge.
