InfoComm Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every attendee on this floor works in AV for a living. Your booth is the demo.

Fixed-price InfoComm exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, powered, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that has to impress the pro-AV industry has already stood up, switched on and passed inspection once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

InfoComm is a demo floor. Plan it like one.

InfoComm fills the Orange County Convention Center with working LED walls, line arrays and control systems — which means the floor is louder, brighter and hungrier for power and rigging than almost any other show. The most expensive InfoComm mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed before anyone checked what the venue and the show will charge to power, hang and feed it.

Orange County Convention Center

One of America’s largest venues

The OCCC is enormous, and distance is the tax nobody budgets: long runs from dock to booth, halls where sightlines carry for hundreds of feet, and freight moving on the venue’s schedule rather than yours. We design for your actual hall placement and plan freight, labour and dock timing to the OCCC’s rhythm — not to a render on a white background.

The loudest room in the industry

Every neighbour is a working demo

At InfoComm your neighbours aren’t displaying products — they’re running them. Video walls on every aisle, audio demos behind every wall. A booth wins here by being an integrated experience: one message readable at a glance, one demo that stops a systems integrator mid-stride, power and rigging engineered in from the first sketch rather than bolted on in May.

The June calendar

Advance windows close in spring

A June show means the deadlines that decide your budget land in April: advance-rate windows for electrical, rigging and material handling close roughly eight weeks out. The exact dates for this edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss the advance window and every service on your order form jumps to floor rates.

What we handle at InfoComm
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines planned for your actual placement
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated up front and ordered at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign or LED
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in winter should survive June

A demo-heavy show is where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from June 2027

Your real deadline is in April

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For InfoComm that puts the binding constraint in mid-to-late April: after that, electrical, rigging and material handling all price at floor rates, and the production calendar starts working against you.

NOV–JANBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your InfoComm booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better demo layout in March costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth — powered and lit — before it ships, or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off. For a booth whose job is running AV, renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who calculates my electrical, rigging and drayage — and who files the orders, at which rate? Ours: we calculate them for your exact booth before you commit and file every order at advance rates, mapped to the exhibitor-manual deadlines. At a power-hungry show the advance-versus-floor spread is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Has the booth stood up — with its screens and lighting live — before it ships to Orlando? Ours: yes, every time. Your booth is pre-built, powered and photo-approved at our facility, so the problems that surface at move-in were found and fixed on our floor weeks earlier. Any vendor first assembling your booth on the show floor is gambling with your show. Ask them directly.

Questions InfoComm exhibitors actually ask

InfoComm booth rental FAQs

How much does an InfoComm booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Orlando price — fixed and covering design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination, installation, dismantle and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning and internet; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for InfoComm?
Lock your design by mid-to-late April — the advance-rate windows for electrical, rigging and material handling close roughly eight weeks before the show, and after that every service prices at floor rates. Start the conversation in winter for full design freedom; the exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What should I know about exhibiting at the Orange County Convention Center?
Mostly that it’s huge, and distance costs money: long dock-to-booth runs, freight moving on the venue’s timetable, and halls where sightlines carry for hundreds of feet. We plan freight windows, dock target times and labour to the OCCC’s schedule, and design your booth for its actual hall placement — the same structure reads completely differently on a long open floor than in a render.
Can the booth support a live AV demo — LED wall, audio, control systems?
That’s the core of what an InfoComm booth is for, and it’s engineered in from the first sketch: structure rated for your displays, power distribution planned for your gear, rigging drawings prepared if anything hangs. We calculate the electrical and rigging orders for your exact configuration up front and file them at advance rates — they’re billed to you directly by the show and venue, but you’ll know the numbers before you commit.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is custom-fabricated for your brand — graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled, powered and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
Show floors at the OCCC run on contracted union labour, and the show’s rules govern who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with the related show orders filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled, powered and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, a display that won’t light — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an InfoComm booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. The earlier you call, the more of the advance-rate window we can still capture on your show services.
Do you handle events off the show floor — demo suites, training sessions, hospitality?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and satellite activations around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
