Every visitor at your booth is deciding whether to bet their savings on your brand.
Fixed-price International Franchise Expo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that has to convince a room full of first-time buyers has already proven itself once.

International Franchise Expo draws prospective franchise buyers and entrepreneurs comparing dozens of concepts in a single afternoon, weighing each one against their own savings and risk tolerance. The work below is what we build for franchisor brands that need to establish credibility fast — structures designed around the conversation that closes a lead, not around the furniture, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
WillowTree
Enclosed meeting rooms off an open front — built for closing conversations with buyers.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with private zones for one-to-one investment conversations.
Microsoft
Modular island built to project the scale and staying power buyers look for.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED wall doing the storytelling before a rep says a word.
Appdome
Demo theatre built to hold a crowd through a full pitch.
IMAX
Large-format island that turns a walk-by into a seated conversation.
Radware
Hands-on stations that let a prospective buyer test the brand, not just hear about it.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for the one-to-one qualifying conversation.
This floor doesn’t fill with people gathering swag — it fills with prospective franchise buyers and entrepreneurs comparing brand opportunities against their own savings, credit and risk tolerance, while dozens of franchisor brands compete for the same qualified leads. The most expensive mistake here isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth that doesn’t establish trust and legitimacy fast enough for a buyer who’s still deciding whether to walk in.
The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center runs on tight, scheduled move-in windows and labor coordination governed by the show’s general contractor, inside a building that hosts other events the same week. Freight timing and dock access are exact, not flexible. We plan the booth to Hall 1C’s actual schedule, not a generic one.
Attendees here aren’t browsing — they’re comparing franchise concepts against a real financial decision. The booths that convert are the ones that signal legitimacy within seconds: clean signage, visible proof points, a space that reads as a real, funded, established brand rather than a table with a banner behind it.
International Franchise Expo has moved from a three-day to a two-day format, which means the entire show now runs inside a shorter window than exhibitors have planned around before. An install delay, a missing graphic panel or a last-minute fix now eats a much larger share of your selling time. A booth already assembled, lit and approved before it ships is the only way to guarantee both days go to buyers, not tools.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Franchise development budgets get scrutinized twice — once by whoever approves the exhibiting spend, and again when someone asks whether the booth produced enough qualified leads to justify it. Change orders, rebilled labor hours and surprise reprints don’t just add cost, they undermine the case for exhibiting again next cycle. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For International Franchise Expo that cutoff sits in mid-April, and because the show now runs two days instead of three, there’s far less runway afterward to absorb a late delivery or a missed deadline.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
