IPPE Trade Show Booth Rentals

30,000 buyers walk a floor full of running machinery. Your booth has to hold its own.

Fixed-price IPPE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at the Georgia World Congress Center has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

IPPE isn’t a tech expo. It’s a working floor.

IPPE is the world’s largest annual poultry, meat and animal food industry event, and it fills multiple halls of the Georgia World Congress Center with running processing lines, packaging systems and live equipment demos. Where your booth lands — and what’s operating in the aisle next to it — changes everything from your power order to your sightlines. The most expensive IPPE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth designed without knowing its hall.

GWCC — big building, tight logistics

Multiple halls · downtown Atlanta

The Georgia World Congress Center spreads IPPE across connected halls in the middle of downtown Atlanta — which means marshalling yards, scheduled dock targets and freight moving on the show’s clock, not yours. Which hall you’re in decides your move-in window and who walks past you. We confirm your hall before anything is designed, and plan freight and labour to that building’s schedule.

A floor full of running machinery

Processing lines · live demos

Exhibitors here run full processing and packaging lines on the floor, and demos need serious power planned early — the show’s general contractor prices every drop, and floor-rate corrections are expensive. The audience is producers, processors and plant teams evaluating machinery and technology; they respond to booths where they can see, touch and question the product, not to brochure racks.

The January problem

Holidays sit inside your timeline

IPPE opens the year, which means approvals and graphics land across Thanksgiving and the December holidays — when production everywhere runs half-speed. Advance orders come due roughly eight weeks out, in early December; the exact deadline is in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss it and you’re not late, you’re paying floor rates for everything.

What we handle at IPPE
  • Hall-specific design — sightlines planned for your actual placement
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order with the show’s general contractor at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in the fall should survive January

January shows are where exhibit-house invoices go to grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from late January

Your real deadline is in early December

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For IPPE that cutoff sits in early December, with Thanksgiving and the holidays wedged inside your production window. Here’s the timeline that keeps everything at advance rates and out of the holiday crunch.

JUNE–AUGBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.
SEPTEMBERLayout submitted for hall approval — placement and power plan confirmed.
OCTOBERGraphics finalised and sent to production.
MID-NOVDesign locked before Thanksgiving slows every production floor in the country.
EARLY DECAdvance electrical, rigging and material handling filed with the show’s general contractor. After this, everything bills at floor rates.
MID-DECBooth built, lit and photographed for your approval — before the break.
SHOW WEEKCrew installs in your GWCC move-in slot. You walk in at handover.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your IPPE booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in October costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before the holidays. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do — electrical, rigging and material handling filed with the show’s general contractor at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. At a January show the advance-versus-floor spread is real money; if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 What happens to my timeline over the holidays? Ours: nothing — because your booth is built and photo-approved before mid-December. Any vendor still fabricating between Christmas and New Year is gambling with your show. Ask them directly.

Questions IPPE exhibitors actually ask

IPPE booth rental FAQs

How much does an IPPE booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Atlanta price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show bills you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for IPPE?
Lock your design by mid-November. IPPE opens the year, so graphics and approvals land across Thanksgiving and the December holidays — when production everywhere runs half-speed — and advance orders come due in early December. Start the conversation in summer for full design freedom; the exact advance-order deadline for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically.
What is move-in like at the Georgia World Congress Center?
Scheduled and strict. GWCC sits in downtown Atlanta, so freight moves through marshalling yards to targeted dock times, and IPPE spans multiple connected halls — your hall determines your move-in window. We book your dock target when the window opens, ship to schedule, and have our supervisor on site for your slot. None of it lands on your desk.
We’re demoing equipment in the booth. Can you handle the power?
Yes — and at IPPE it’s the single most important thing to get right early. Equipment demos need real power planned into the booth layout from the first drawing: drop locations, distribution under the floor, and the right service ordered from the show’s general contractor at advance rates. We calculate the full electrical order for your exact machines before you commit, so there are no floor-rate corrections during move-in.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
GWCC floors run on contracted labour, and the show’s general contractor governs who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with show orders filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an IPPE booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For IPPE specifically, the earlier in the fall you call, the more of that window sits outside the holidays.
Do you handle events off the show floor — suites, hospitality, customer dinners?
Yes — hotel suites, meeting spaces and hospitality or satellite events around the show run under the same fixed-price model, coordinated by the same project manager as your booth.
