Every aisle is full of people who make signs for a living. Your booth is your portfolio.
Fixed-price ISA Sign Expo exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that faces the most graphics-literate audience in the industry has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
At ISA Sign Expo the audience prints, fabricates and installs graphics for a living — a banding issue, a bad seam or a dim lightbox gets clocked from three aisles away. The work below is what we build when the graphics themselves are the credibility test: custom structures with large-format print, backlit fabric and LED handled as structure, not decoration, and every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
Microsoft
Modular island with brand graphics re-skinned show to show.
IMAX
Large-format island where the visual experience is the product.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — digital signage done at scale.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island — bold two-colour graphics readable across the hall.
Appdome
Demo theatre with hanging sign and backlit graphics doing the wayfinding.
Radware
Four-sided island — printed graphics and lit fascia on every elevation.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations under a unified overhead graphic identity.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout — enclosed rooms wrapped in seamless printed fabric.
ISA International Sign Expo fills the Mandalay Bay Convention Center with sign makers, wide-format printers, wrap shops and visual communications buyers from more than a hundred countries. It’s a working floor — machinery running, media being printed, samples changing hands — and the exhibitors who win it plan for the building, the freight and the calendar as carefully as the design.
Mandalay Bay Convention Center runs a marshalling-yard and dock-target system — freight that misses its window waits, and waiting during move-in is billed time. Everything routes through the show’s material-handling operation, so drayage weight and crate count drive real cost. We engineer booths to pack dense, hit the target time and come off the truck in build order.
Half the hall manufactures the very things most booths are made of — banners, wraps, dimensional letters, LED displays. Ordinary booth graphics that pass at other shows read as a liability here. Colour management, seam placement, lighting temperature and substrate choice all get a professional audit from every passer-by, so we treat them as engineering, not decoration.
The show runs at the end of March into early April — exact dates are in the facts strip above — which puts the advance-order window in early February and design lock-up in the new year, when spring show season is already compressing every production calendar. The cheapest version of this show is the one planned in the fall.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices grow in predictable places: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Work the calendar backwards from show week and the comfortable-looking spring date turns into a winter deadline: the advance-versus-floor spread on electrical, rigging and drayage is decided before February is out.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
