9,000 insurtech decision-makers, three days of back-to-back meetings. Your booth is the one meeting you can’t reschedule.
Fixed-price ITC Vegas exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Mandalay Bay has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
ITC Vegas buyers are executives with calendars, not badge-scanners with tote bags — carriers, brokers, startups and investors moving between scheduled meetings all day. The work below is what we build for software and fintech companies: custom structures designed around the demo and the conversation, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — the ITC Vegas formula.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — enterprise credibility at a glance.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED for a B2B software brand selling to a professional buyer.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones for live product walk-throughs.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical conversations.
Radware
Hands-on stations inside a four-sided island — built for the considered buyer.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — ITC’s native rhythm.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an immersive brand experience.
The world’s largest insurtech event runs on scheduled meetings, not aisle traffic — and it runs inside a resort, which changes the logistics as much as the audience changes the design. The most expensive ITC Vegas mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned like a badge-scan show when your buyers arrive with calendars.
The convention center sits inside a working resort at the south end of the Strip, and everything — freight, docks, move-in windows, rigging — routes through the show’s general contractor on the venue’s schedule, not yours. We plan freight and labour to Mandalay Bay’s actual dock rhythm, and your attendees are sleeping upstairs, which makes off-floor hospitality unusually easy to run well.
ITC’s format is a demo floor wrapped around thousands of pre-booked meetings. The booths that win do both jobs at once: an open, readable front that earns the walk-up, and semi-private meeting space where a carrier conversation can actually happen. We design the meeting flow first and the architecture around it — not the other way round.
A late-September show means the advance-order window closes in early August — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page. Miss it and every electrical drop, internet line and rigging point is billed at floor rates. Summer, when half your team is on vacation, is quietly your build window. We map every deadline so nothing depends on an August inbox.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
A meeting-heavy executive show is exactly where exhibit-house invoices grow: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, internet, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For ITC Vegas that puts the binding constraint in early August, squarely inside vacation season: the approvals this timeline assumes are the ones that stall when half a marketing team is out of office.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
