IWCE Trade Show Booth Rentals

Every buyer on this floor answers to a mission. Your booth has to earn their trust in seconds.

Fixed-price IWCE exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up in front of public-safety and critical-communications buyers has already stood up once.

Know the floor before you plan the booth

IWCE is a working show. Plan it like one.

IWCE fills a hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center with buyers who spend their careers around mission-critical equipment — dispatchers, radio engineers, fleet managers, agency procurement. They notice build quality, they test everything, and they remember the vendor whose demo didn’t power on. The most expensive IWCE mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing how this venue and this audience actually work.

The LVCC, on a working scale

Las Vegas Convention Center

The LVCC is one of the biggest venues in the country, and its docks, marshalling yard and union labour rules apply whether the show filling it is CES or a focused industry event like IWCE. Freight windows, dock targets and move-in slots are all scheduled — a booth that misses its slot pays for the privilege. We run LVCC move-ins constantly, and we plan yours to this building’s rhythm.

A floor of specialists

Public safety · Utilities · Government

This isn’t a consumer crowd wandering past — attendees arrive with requirements, radio specs and procurement timelines. Working demo stations, clear technical messaging and a place to sit down for a real conversation out-earn height and flash here. We design for the thirty-minute technical conversation, not the three-second glance.

The March calendar

Advance deadlines land in winter

A March show means your advance-order deadlines land in the first weeks of the year, right as budgets reset and everyone’s attention is elsewhere. The exact dates and the advance-order cutoff are in the facts strip at the top of this page — they update automatically each edition. Design locked before the holidays is the comfortable path; early January is the last responsible moment.

What we handle at IWCE
  • Booth design planned for your actual placement and sightlines
  • Layout submission and show approval, filed early
  • Electrical, rigging and material handling calculated and filed at advance rates
  • Union labour coordination and on-site supervision at the LVCC
  • COI, EAC and exhibitor-manual deadlines mapped to our calendar
  • Dock target times, dismantle, pack and outbound freight
Billed by the show, not by us

Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.

  • Booth space
  • Electrical drops and floor distribution
  • Material handling (drayage)
  • Rigging, if you’re hanging a sign
  • Daily cleaning · internet
Why a fixed price matters most here

The budget you present in the fall should survive March

Plenty of IWCE exhibitors sell to agencies on fixed contracts — then accept exhibit-house estimates that grow by invoice: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.

01

One number, and it holds

Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.

02

Proven before it ships

Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.

03

Show costs, known up front

Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.

04

The paperwork is ours

COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.

We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.

Working backwards from March

Your real deadline is in early January

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a March show that puts the binding deadline in early January, with the December holidays sitting squarely inside the production window that precedes it. Here’s the timeline that keeps every order at advance rates.

SEP–OCTBrief, concepts and the fixed price locked. Full design freedom.
NOVEMBERLayout submitted for show approval — placement confirmed.
DECEMBERGraphics finalised and sent to production before the holidays slow everything down.
EARLY JANAdvance orders filed — electrical, rigging, material handling at advance rates. After this window, everything costs floor rates.
LATE JANFreight window and dock target time booked at the LVCC.
FEBRUARYBooth built, lit and photographed at our facility for your approval.
SHOW WEEKCrew installs in your move-in slot. You walk in at handover.

Five questions to ask anyone quoting your IWCE booth

Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.

1 Will you put the total price in writing before I sign — and hold it? Ours: yes. Every booth on this page is published with its price. The quote and the final invoice are the same number, contractually. Printed above · hold us to it
2 Do design revisions become change orders? Ours: never. Revisions are unlimited until you approve, and the price is locked before design starts — a better idea in December costs nothing.
3 Will I see my actual booth before it ships — or a render? Ours: the actual booth, fully assembled, powered and lit at our facility, photographed for your sign-off before it ships. Renders are promises; photographs are evidence.
4 Who files my advance show orders, and at which rate? Ours: we do, at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. At a venue the size of the LVCC the advance-versus-floor spread is real money — if a vendor can’t answer this immediately, that’s your answer.
5 Will my demo stations actually be powered and tested before show day? Ours: yes — the booth is assembled, powered and lit at our facility before it ships, so demo placement, power runs and lighting have already been verified. On an IWCE floor where every attendee wants to touch the equipment, a dead demo station is the one failure the audience never forgets.

Questions IWCE exhibitors actually ask

IWCE booth rental FAQs

How much does an IWCE booth rental cost?
Every booth on this page is published with its Las Vegas price — fixed and all-inclusive: design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, freight, installation and dismantle, labour coordination and project management. Separately, the show and venue bill you directly for booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning; we calculate those for your exact booth before you commit, so the total is known before you sign anything.
When should I book a booth for IWCE?
For a March show the advance-order deadlines land in early January — and the December holidays sit inside your production window, so the comfortable path is a design locked before Thanksgiving. Start the conversation in early fall for full design freedom. The exact dates and the advance-order cutoff for the current edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page, and they update automatically.
Where is IWCE held?
At the Las Vegas Convention Center. The current edition’s exact dates and hall details are in the facts strip at the top of this page. The LVCC is a fully scheduled venue — freight windows, dock targets and union labour rules all apply — and because we run move-ins there constantly, your freight and labour are planned to the building’s actual rhythm, not guessed at.
Our audience is public-safety and government buyers. Does that change the booth design?
It should. Critical-communications buyers evaluate vendors hands-on — they want to hold the device, run the demo and sit down for a technical conversation, not watch a hype reel. We design IWCE booths around working demo stations, clear technical messaging and semi-private meeting space for procurement conversations, rather than around spectacle.
We need live demo stations for radios and dispatch consoles. Can you build around them?
Yes — that’s the core of most booths we build for technical audiences. Demo counters, device mounts, monitor walls and power runs are designed in from the first rendering. And because your booth is fully assembled and powered at our facility before it ships, demo placement, power and lighting are verified weeks before show day instead of during move-in.
Will a rental look custom, or will it look reused?
Every booth is fabricated for your brand — custom graphics, layout, lighting and finishes on a modular structure underneath. The builds shown above are rentals. Before yours ships, it stands fully assembled and lit at our facility and you approve photographs of the actual booth, not a render.
Can I install the booth myself to save on labour?
The Las Vegas Convention Center floor runs on contracted union labour, and show rules govern who may build what. Either way it isn’t your problem to arrange: labour coordination and on-site supervision are inside our fixed price, with every order filed at advance rather than floor rates.
What happens if something goes wrong during move-in?
Your project manager and our install supervisor are on site through move-in and reachable across show days. Because everything was assembled and checked before shipping, the problems that usually surface at this stage — missing hardware, graphics that don’t fit, panels that won’t seat — have already been found and fixed on our floor, weeks earlier.
A vendor just fell through. How fast can you deliver an IWCE booth?
Four to six weeks from approval to show floor for complete pre-built, photo-verified booths from 10×10 through 20×40 — at the same fixed price as a six-month lead time, with no rush surcharge. For a March show, the earlier in the winter you call, the more of that window sits at advance rates instead of floor rates.
