Buyers walk the floor once and write orders in minutes. Your booth has to sell before anyone opens a line sheet.
Fixed-price MAGIC booth rentals — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so the booth that has to convert retail buyers on sight has already stood up once before it reaches the Las Vegas Convention Center floor.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
MAGIC buyers move fast — a full loop of the Las Vegas Convention Center floor in a single show, scanning for lines worth a second look before they ever open a catalog. The work below is what we build for brands that need to be noticed in a three-second glance: custom structures designed around product display and brand story, not around a folding table with a sign, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
WillowTree
Private meeting rooms off an open front — built for line reviews and buyer appointments.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with structured product zones — the volume a multi-category line needs.
Radware
Four-sided island built for hands-on product handling, not just a shelf and a sign.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one buyer conversation, not a crowd.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure — brand storytelling at a scale a lookbook can’t match.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-market showroom programme, market to market.
IMAX
Large-format island built around a single immersive brand moment.
Appdome
Presentation theatre built for high-volume buyer traffic between appointments.
MAGIC fills the Las Vegas Convention Center with apparel, footwear and accessories brands selling directly to retail buyers working against their own season’s open-to-buy budget. The most expensive MAGIC mistake isn’t a bad booth; it’s a booth planned without knowing how buyers actually move a trade show floor.
MAGIC shares the Las Vegas Convention Center’s scale with the technology and industrial shows that use the same halls — long sightlines, high ceilings, serious visual competition. A booth that reads clearly on a lookbook page can disappear against a hall this size. We design for the actual hall and aisle, not a render on a white background.
Retail buyers walk MAGIC with a list and a limited number of hours — many pre-book line reviews before they arrive. A booth needs a private space for that conversation and a product wall that sells the line to everyone who doesn’t have an appointment. We plan both into the layout, not as an afterthought.
Advance orders for a February show close roughly eight weeks out, which lands in the middle of the December holiday season — the exact date for the next edition is in the facts strip at the top of this page and updates automatically. Plan the design in the fall and the holidays never touch your deadline.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Show invoices grow the same way at every convention centre: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. For a February show that cutoff falls in the middle of December, which means the decisions behind it have to be made before Thanksgiving.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
