Every carrier, FMO and insurtech in the hall is courting the same agents. Your booth has three seconds.
Fixed-price Medicarians exhibits — design, fabrication, graphics, freight, installation and dismantle in one number that doesn’t move. Pre-built, lit and photo-approved before it ships, so what stands up at Caesars Forum has already stood up once.
Filters the booths below — every one shows its Las Vegas price.
Medicarians is a relationship show — carriers recruiting agents, FMOs building downlines, insurtech platforms proving they’re real. The booths that work are the ones built for conversation: open fronts that invite a walk-in, demo stations that make a platform tangible, and meeting space where a contract-level discussion can actually happen. The work below is how we build for exactly that, with every project moving through one team from first rendering to dismantle.
WillowTree
Meeting-led layout with enclosed rooms off an open front — the Medicarians floor plan in miniature.
Teramind
1,800 sq ft island with interactive demo zones — the format that sells a quoting or enrollment platform.
SpyCloud
Interactive stations arranged for one-to-one conversation — how agent recruiting actually happens.
Radware
Hands-on learning stations inside a four-sided island — built for teaching a product, not just showing it.
Microsoft
Modular island scaled across a multi-show programme — the model for a carrier’s annual show calendar.
Appdome
Demo theatre built for high-volume technical traffic — presentation seating that holds an audience.
Fulcrum GT
Full-height LED as the structure, not an add-on — visibility that carries across a single-hall floor.
IMAX
Large-format island built around an experience — the anchor-booth play for a headline sponsor.
Medicarians runs at Caesars Forum — a purpose-built conference venue in the middle of the Strip, not a sprawling convention-center campus. That changes the calculus: tighter halls, closer sightlines, sessions and expo under one roof, and an audience that flows between stages and booths all day. The most expensive Medicarians mistake is shipping a booth designed for a giant hall into a room where everyone is already within conversation distance.
A modern, purpose-built venue with its own docks, move-in windows and house rules — different rhythm from the big convention-center campuses. We confirm your exact hall placement, dock target time and material-handling route before anything ships, and plan the install crew to the venue’s schedule, not a generic Las Vegas one.
Traffic here isn’t anonymous badge-scanning — it’s agents choosing who to contract with and startups courting carriers and capital. Booths win on approachability: an open front, a demo someone can touch, and a place to sit down and talk terms. We design for the ten-minute conversation, not the drive-by.
An April show means the advance-order window closes in mid-February — while Q1 show season has every production floor in the industry running at capacity. The exact dates for this edition are in the facts strip at the top of this page. Lock your design before the advance window closes and everything downstream files at the cheap rate.
Booth space, electrical, drayage, rigging and cleaning are billed to every exhibitor directly by the show and venue — no exhibit house can absorb them and none should claim to. What we do is calculate them for your exact booth before you commit, and file every order at advance rather than floor rates.
Trade show invoices have a habit of growing between the quote and the show: labour hours over estimate, revisions rebilled as change orders, graphics reprints, supervision time nobody flagged. Our model is the opposite — the number you approve is the number you pay, contractually. Design revisions are unlimited until you approve. The quote and the final invoice are the same document.
Design, fabrication, graphics, furniture, lighting, freight, installation, dismantle and project management in a single fixed price.
Your booth stands fully assembled and lit at our 65,000 sq ft facility, and you approve photographs of the actual build — not a render.
Space, electrical, drayage and rigging calculated for your exact booth before you commit — so the total is a number, not a range.
COI, EAC, electrical, rigging, freight windows — filed at advance rates, mapped to every exhibitor-manual deadline. Nothing lands on your desk three days before it’s due.
We quote higher and cost less. That’s the whole argument, and it’s why every booth below is published with its price rather than hidden behind a “request a quote” form.
Every booth below is priced for Las Vegas and available as a custom build for your brand — rented, not bought. Use the finder at the top of the page to narrow by size and budget.

The advance-order cutoff lands roughly eight weeks before the show — the exact date is in the facts strip at the top of this page, and it updates automatically each edition. Miss that window and every electrical drop, rigging point and freight move files at floor rates instead — and mid-February is exactly when Q1 show season has every production floor in the industry at its busiest.
Put these to every exhibit house you’re comparing — including us. They separate the vendors that stand behind a number from the ones whose estimate is an opening position. Our answers are printed here so you can hold us to them.
