Built for the gateway of the Americas. Priced like a contract.
Custom exhibits and exhibition stands for Miami’s international show floors on one fixed, contractual number — design through dismantle, signed before we start and unchanged when it ends, with island freight and storm season planned in. The venue’s own charges get estimated against your booth before you commit, so the total isn’t a discovery.
Filters the booths below — each shows its Miami price.
This is the town that hosts the hemisphere’s biggest art fair — Miami audiences read spaces the way they read design. Everything below came out of our own shop: designed, fabricated, printed and wired by one team, then stood up complete and photographed for approval before shipping. That’s the finish a Miami Beach floor expects.

Miami’s show floors are unlike anywhere else in the country: Latin American exhibitors flying north, US brands selling south, and an international share of attendees most cities never see. Half the exhibitors around you planned their stand in metric and Spanish or Portuguese; half the buyers walking past evaluate you by standards set on two continents.
We build for both directions routinely. International exhibitors get existing exhibition stand designs re-engineered to US specifications — 110-volt power, imperial footprints, American fire and structural rules, drayage, union labour, EACs and COIs handled — with photo or live-video sign-off from any timezone. US exhibitors get a booth designed to compete for an international audience, on one fixed contractual number either way.
Flying in? Your existing stand design re-engineered to US show-floor rules, invoiced in USD with no US entity required, approved remotely before it ships.
Design, fabrication, print and wiring in our own shop — no brokered subcontracts adding margin and drift. The people who drew your booth build it.
The complete booth stands in our shop and you approve photographs of it before anything travels — a checked build, not a hopeful one, whichever hemisphere you’re watching from.
Design through dismantle in a single contractual figure, with the venue’s own charges forecast beside it before you sign — in a market where cost surprises cross borders badly.
Fixed and all-inclusive for custom exhibit rentals in Miami. Print these, take them into your budget meeting, hold us to them — that’s what they’re published for.

The venue invoices these directly to every exhibitor, whichever exhibit company builds the booth. We estimate each line against your actual booth before you commit, then file inside the advance-rate window.
Run the numbers on most exhibit projects after the show and the same delta appears: final spend versus approved quote, up a quarter or more. The venue didn’t cause it — venue charges are tariffed and predictable. The exhibit house did, in hourly labour that “ran over,” design help re-billed as change orders, and reprints priced like emergencies. One 20×20 island in Miami, both ways:
On the venue’s invoice in both scenarios: space, electrical, drayage, rigging, cleaning, internet — the show’s charges, tariffed and identical whoever builds for you. A vendor who “includes” them has buried them. We forecast each line for your booth up front and place the orders before the advance-rate window closes.
We quote higher and cost less. Audit us on it — the final invoice matching the quote is the deliverable.

The MBCC came out of its ground-up renovation as one of the country’s most polished venues — roughly half a million square feet of exhibit space across four halls, steps from the Art Deco district and the beach. And it sits on a barrier island, which is the operational fact that matters: every truck serving your booth crosses a causeway into a dense beach city and meets a tightly scheduled dock. Freight here rewards discipline and punishes improvisation.
Modern halls, high finish levels and strong technical infrastructure — a building that photographs beautifully and expects booths that do the same. Hall assignment sets your dock and your walk; we confirm it before design starts.
There’s no slack in Miami Beach logistics: marshalling, dock appointments and timing decide everything. One consolidated, pre-built shipment arriving on schedule beats five vendors improvising across a causeway — by a lot.
Attendees stay steps away, client dinners book themselves, and hospitality-forward booths get used hard — this is a city people are glad to be sent to, and show attendance reflects it.
Miami’s shows draw more international exhibitors than almost any US city, and we build for them routinely: existing exhibition stand designs re-engineered to US specifications — 110-volt power, imperial footprints, American fire and structural rules — with drayage, union labour, EACs and COIs handled as standard, metric dimensions shown beside imperial, and photo or live-video sign-off on the finished stand from any timezone before it ships.
South Florida’s show calendar runs through hurricane season, and the Atlantic makes its own schedule. A storm track three days out can close causeways, reshuffle dock days and compress everyone’s move-in at once — on an island venue, there’s exactly one way in for a truck. Exhibitors coordinating five separate vendors into that window learn what “weather permitting” means on an exhibitor-kit timeline.
Our model was built for exactly this. One booth, one consolidated shipment, one team — pre-built, photographed and verified before it meets the season, travelling with buffer days planned to the Atlantic rather than to the calendar’s optimism. The fewer moving parts weather can touch, the fewer it does.
Storm-season loads ship with slack budgeted, not hoped for — arriving early and warehoused beats racing a forecast across a causeway. The padding is scheduling, and scheduling is inside the fixed price.
A pre-built booth consolidates to one shipment — structure, graphics, AV, flooring together. Five vendors’ trucks give a storm five chances; ours gives it one, with a verified build inside.
COIs, EACs and show filings sit complete well ahead of the window, so a compressed or rescheduled move-in is a logistics change, not a scramble — and your project manager runs it.
Exhibiting across the Southeast and the Gulf? Orlando, Atlanta, New Orleans and Houston run on the same published fixed model — one booth design, one project manager, every city’s price known before your year starts.
“They never just build the booth and disappear — I always know I have someone on call and ready to jump in when the unexpected inevitably happens. That level of responsiveness makes a huge difference in high-pressure event environments.”
“I’ve worked with Pure Exhibits for almost a year now, and have had such a great experience! They are our go-to for trade shows, and create memorable booths that represent our brand well. The team is incredibly responsive and reliable.”
“It’s always a pleasure to work with Utsav. The process is simple, straightforward, and high quality. I have worked with them for 3 years now and will continue!”
“Their team is incredibly flexible throughout the design process and truly collaborative in bringing ideas to life. I highly recommend Pure Exhibits to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and experienced exhibit partner.”
Miami’s fixed points, with the planning runway each realistically needs. Around these, the MBCC carries a dense international rotation — trade shows, congresses and expos serving both American continents. Name yours and we’ll pull its manual before we quote.
| Show | Typical month | Venue | Start planning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Seatrade Cruise Global | April · verify | Miami Beach Convention Center | 5 months |
| eMerge Americas | Spring · verify | Miami Beach Convention Center | 4 months |
| Art Basel Miami Beach week | Early December | Miami Beach Convention Center | 5 months |
Basel week gets five months, not four — during the fair, the whole city’s hotels, labour and logistics run at maximum, and anything sharing the island that week pays the compression. Plan early and it’s the best week of the year to be seen here.
Show dates don’t create cost pressure — order deadlines do, and the decisive one closes roughly eight weeks out, when advance rates on electrical, rigging and drayage expire. Everything else in the plan exists to arrive at that gate comfortably.
Late vendor collapse, a show slot that opened up, a budget approved behind schedule — with design, fabrication and print in one building, a Miami booth can go approval-to-floor in about four weeks. Same quality gate (built and photographed before shipping), same printed price. Compressed timelines are our scheduling problem, not your surcharge.
Tell us the show and the space. Within 24 hours: design concepts, one fixed Miami figure, and the venue’s own charges forecast beside it — a budget your whole chain of approval can read at a glance.
